I got a 3pc tender combo meal. They didn’t put gravy on the mashed potato and forgot to give me dipping sauce. The Mac and cheese was gross.
I've had it with this location.! If it's not one thing it's another. A couple of weeks ago I went via drive thru and the employee informed me that her machines were down and couldn't make transactions. So I left a few days later I came back and a different employee tells me that they are out of chicken! how can you be out of chicken at five in the earning??? So I left, I decided to give the a third try I was excited to try the New Buffalo chicken sandwich I get there and I am informed that they" don't have " I ask how are you out of something being advertised on tv?? The employee couldn't provide an answer. So instead I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich and 8 piece original chicken. I pay for my order off I go. I get home to find out one of my spicy sandwiches is missing. So here I go back to the store to let them know my sandwich is missing. Staff apologize and made a new one. I am not sure what kind of management is running the surprise location because it seems like its always some type of issue. I've never had an issue at the Luke Air Force location Just at the Surprise location.
My family and I all like Popeyes & I usually spend quite a bit of $ when I go there(Probably about $70 or more), however they have now removed 1 of the sides & 2 biscuits from each family meal, no the prices haven't lowered but now you get less for your $, my family & I also like Canes although their prices have gone up but I still get more for my $ & love there food as well. So I guess I'm going to have to say goodbye to Popeyes and spend my $ @ Canes until Popeyes makes some changes. So just be aware there menus boards haven't changed as I was notified in the drive thru but they will let you know.
By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes. Placing mobile order was terrible to start out with. Had points so used them towards 2 apple pies and a $5 coupon that was available at the time but when I went to pay neither was available for location. Options shouldn't of been available on app if location didn't offer it. Went down to store to pickup food and waited at counter for almost 10 minutes without anyone helping me. There were 7 people working: 3 in back chatting away having a great time, drive thru person just standing there, a clueless manager doing nothing, 2 others just hanging out, and the only one actually working in front was clueless and had no idea what the heck she was doing. You actually have to train your people before putting them to work. A frustrating experience that leaves the question how the heck is this location still in business. You hire a bunch of kids that could care less about their job and a worthless manager that can't keep them working. I will never eat at a Popeyes and hope that you go out of business. What a terrible place
Ordered via app, said it would be ready at 5:09pm. Arrived, order wasnt provided until 5:26pm. While other orders after mine were provided.. (my order was #67... orders in the 80s were given out prior to mine). Need more staff. Good food tho. Just prepare to wait.
Man if you want the best chicken fingers in town go to Popeye's. Now I must let you know we are frequently out of everything we're talking about the one by the 303 and Bell great food sometimes they run out of chicken I was there once and actually ran out of soda from the soda machine and chicken and honey and biscuits so you think I'm doing really well for the manager need a manager.
Food was good but I ordered online then waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. They served 8 or 10 orders before I called and asked where my order was. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and fries. Next time I won't pull forward to wait on my order.
Great food but disappointed with the wait time. We ordered thru the app, but must have waited 30 min or so before we had our food in hand. We are visiting from MS and service is slow there in the country. We truly thought being here in a city environment that it would be different. So only three stars on this one.... Food is great and as expected, but timely service needs help...
Apparently this location only has spicy chicken. On 3 occasions I ordered mild and every single time, I get spicy. One time I ordered a 2 piece meal and got one mild and one spicy. Called the store since I live almost 15 miles away and they said they would replace the chicken. I drive up there and back home only to find both pieces are spicy. I will not visit this location again.
I had not been to Popeye's and probably 10 to 15 years.I really just remembered rice and beans which is not my favorite at least Cajun style.I was really hungry and on a whim I decided to swing in and I got the regular chicken sandwich. OMG! I always thought that Chick-fil-A was good. But wow this sandwich is incredible! I literally wanted to swing around and drive back and get another one and had to force myself not to... highly recommend!
