Horrible lukewarm Pizza that sat in a warmer way too long. Sat in the parking lot after ordering curbside pickup because those super young kids don't know how to do their job or don't care. Even called from my car after waiting 10 minutes past the time. I waited another 10 minutes and finally went in and they pulled it out of the warmer and packaged it and gave it to me. That is not curbside service! Where's pride in your job? These kids were not even busy and they weren't even making pizza when I stepped inside the store they were just standing around yet the young kid of a manager says to me I'm sorry we were busy. I've complained more than once about the store and I keep trying to give it another chance but Pizza Hut you need to come down on this store and either train them or get somebody in there that knows how to run a business. Not that I'm against young kids because I'm sure there are some out there that would do an excellent job but it's not those that are in there right now!
Web site showed out of everything. Went to location and was told web site is messed up. Upon ordering I was told they were out of all breadsticks. Ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom and a medium pepperoni pizza wings and Cinnabon. I got home and the pizzas were missing the pepperoni. People were nice and apologized for being out of bread sticks.
I ordered online not knowing one of the items was no longer available, as I was driving in they called to let me know and asked if I wanted to add something else. Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was fresh and was ready very fast!!
I like Pizza Hut, for the price & quality you can’t beat it. When I don’t want to spend $35 or more, this is perfect when I want to satisfy my Pizza Cravings. I also like their wings. Also I like that it’s conveniently in our neighborhood!. I don’t care for a lot of sauce, or sometimes I don’t crave meat, love their veggie pizza, or just plain cheese, My favorite crusts are meat lovers on the thin crust, and when I order half Cheese & half pepperoni for my husband I like the Pan crust
The staff prepared my order well, and were very friendly and customer-focused when I came to pick up my food.

The pizza was great as always. But we also ordered Medium Buffalo boneless wings and they were barely even covered in the buffalo sauce. Basically dry wings with a hit of spicy is what we got. Everything was good besides the wings.
If store is closed because the oven was down(understandable), I should not have received a confirmation email about my order. There was a communication disconnect that wasted my time and still left me with no food. Whatever system y’all have in place for events like this needs an upgrade.
Love that they offer flavor crust now. Very easy to order on the app, and the order is always ready and hot at the time you want. (Unlike some of their competitors)
They use to be good. Now half of the time I can’t order them. They should closed down. Down maintenance or not take all the time. Horrible. Domino’s has way better service.
