Person that did curbside delivery was very nice. The pizzas were ok looking. But I got sick and then a few hours later my son had stomach ache. We have used them for years and definitely gone downhill.
They didn't make my pizza as I ordered it. When I questioned the staff, the only thing he had to say was sorry. He never offered to remake it or offered anything to make it better.
Way better than dominos love the stuffed crust pizza Dominos does not have this option. would be a 5 star but the price was a bit high. 80 dollars to feed three people. could of fine dined but convenience could not resist

Staff not trained properly. Manager Is possibly unprofessional. I called an hour after I ordered.Their Delivery time was 20 to 30 minutes & I was paying cash. They tell me my order was carry out And it's been sitting for an hour and I already paid with a Visa. I calmly ask to speak to a manager. Couple of minutes later Employee Comes back to the phone. I asked If he is the manager He says that the manager does not want to pick up the phone,, but he believes He has fixed the issue & IF I wanted my pizza reheated or not...One of the responsibilities of a food manager is the well-being of their customers By properly training their staff...
I’ve used this location for years, specifically ordering online and delivery. Most of the time I get my order right on time and no issues. There’s a first for everything, because last night I had this piece of wood on one of my pizzas. Really disappointed because there was a child eating pizza that could have gotten this piece. Like I said, this is the first time I had a negative experience. Their delivery is prompt and the drivers are always polite though.
Our wings were missing from the order and 1 pizza had slid over onto itself like a sandwich. Contacted the store and they sent out a replacement pizza and the wings at no extra charge.
Worst pizza delivery ever!! First pizza green peppers are burnt so they look black. Both pizza slid to the point half the pizza is gone. Called store with my concern was told they will be replaced, however have to wait another 40 minutes. Spoke with the manager Nathan he did not offer discount or even an apology, worst customer service ever!! I was told they want the original delivery back. So now I am having to keep my 4 year old away from the pizza I could try to salvage till the new one arrives.
