I love this pizza place. It is my go to. The staff are sooooo friendly in my experiences. The pizzas are very tasty and great price. I love everything about this place! Definitely reccomend it! Clean and nice overall design.
The pizza was good. I only wish they had some zero sugar drink options.

Ordered 2 high rise pizzas and unfortunately the pepperoni one was, but the plain cheese clearly is flat. Showed the cashier lady who said the flat pizza(which costs more) is high rise. It was just pressed incorrectly. The correct thing would be to fix the situation (whether that be an apology, to correct the situation with a new one that IS high rise, or to offer my money back for the high rise crust only), but she acted dismissive. Used to like this place and used to have friendly customer service, but don't know what happened. Customer service training and consistency needs to occur. Now I understand why the parking lot is full (for the other food places nearby), but Pieology is empty. Used to be so full with no seating available inside. How sad and unfortunate.
My favorite pizza place near where I live. Lots of options, also offers vegan cheese and finishing options. Adding many toppings doesn't add much to the total price unlike other pizza places where every option adds like $1.50. For example if I order 10 things then it only goes up $2-$3. I only wish there were different size options as they only offer 11-10''. The place is good for a solo or few people orders but not for parties

They had vegan sausage and cheese for pizza and it tasted great. Others had meat pizzas and were happy with their pizzas as well. Definitely ordering again!
Update: Pieology leadership reached out and made this situation right. Solid effort.We ordered 2 custom pizzas. The pizza with pie rise crust (under Gary) was missing basil, artichoke, oregano, and Parmesan, so we had tomatoes, spinach, and onions that were lightly sprinkled in the middle. We were not shown the pizza prior to leaving and the team was dismissive at best but it was getting late and we wanted to get home. We realized the error, called to explain, and were told, and I quote, “The right portions were used, I know they were made correctly. What do you want me to do about it?” Well, stop talking to you apparently… This is ridiculous. This location used to be awesome. ?
I loved the pizza and the employees were all very nice, including Ella who helped me with my order. She's also really funny and nice.
We were looking to try a new pizza spot and tried PIEOLOGY tonight. Neither of us have ever been before but we both agree this place is great. The service and the food were excellent. We definitely recommend.
