We like coming here usually, but Thursday 6/16 we came for buffet also. Such a rip off. I got 3 pieces of not fresh pizza for my $. Same with my son. There was no strussel bread. The pizza was old & the girls just quit making it at 1. Standing around talking. The buffet is open til 2. The salads are plain & gross, and then some big pot of soup mac n cheese that no one touched. You need to do better.
I just wanted to take the time to thank the staff during the PHES fundraiser on Wednesday. The staff was very courteous and patient despite getting bombed with tons of orders! You guys were amazing I know how difficult it must have been. I noticed the crew trying to keep the diner clean, the poor girl at the prize booth, and everyone taking and delivering the orders! Thanks for keeping cool.
I didn't know there was a Peter Piper pizza here. But it was really busy and active location for sure. Please do call ahead to make party arrangements ahead of time
Let's see.. all pizza had pineapple or jalapenos on it. What ever happened to pepperoni or sausage with mushrooms..oh they'll cook it but it be 15 minutes. Salad bar was empty.. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! We got a refund and left
Friday evening 02/18/22…. The entire staff and manager tonight were amazing!!!! Someone that has worked in the customer service industry for a very long time and who has also seen a decline in good customer service for years now … was super impressed with the awesome customer service and team work of these guys from start to finish… When I called my pick up order in the girl on the phone sounded energetic, happy and was very friendly…… the entire time I was there The employees were welcoming the customers that walked in the doors and telling the customers to have a good night as they were leaving…. And they still did this even as they were slammed … as I was waiting for my order the manager made it a point to come up to me a couple times to let me know around the time I order would be ready without asking he also held the door for me on the way out… It has been a long time since I’ve seen such exceptional customer service and the team and manager worked very well together all with a great attitude this has to be recognized! Awesome job guys keep it up❤️
Always bad service.I hate how expensive it is to go to this place and food is not even good the few times I have been there pizza is burned, or takes a long time to be ready. Yesterday when we went we ordered our pizza and went to play games for 45 minutes. Came over to ask if my pizza was ready or about to, and they hadn't even started with my order. That was unbelievable, I just asked to get something else that was ready because I just wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes. So we ended up eating something we didn't ordered.
Worst experience ever I was having a birthday party for my son and decided to get some pizza everything was messed up the pizza wasn’t done Brad sticks were burnt didn’t receive my full order of wings everything was just messed up
Ordered pizza and wings. After about an hr of waiting I went up and asked what was taking so long. They said it's been done for a while but forgot to call our name. After about an hr and 20 mins we got our wings. There was 4 tiny dried up wings and small pieces of wings scattered in the basket. Staffed looked half dead without any motivation! Terrible! Will absolutely not go back!
Gave them one star because you cant give them less. The majority of the staff wore their masks below their chins. Not one table had been wiped when we sat down nor while we were in the restaurant. The pizza had very few toppings on the pizza were thrown on. Some slices had a few pieces of topping some had one in some cases none. I filled out the survey with my phone number. As expected no call. We will not be back.
The staff was very kind and also helpful when games were not working for the grandkids... They came and asked how things were going and if they can make it any more pleasurable of a visit.. I'd recommend having your kiddos bday parties with them any day ... Plus they got the best pizza in my opinion ?
