First time customer here.I ordered the Family Bundle, hoping for a good experience. I began reading the reviews, and thought oh no! What a mistake this will be.I couldn't have been more wrong! I drove up to the restaurant ( about 10 minutes early) for curbside pick-up, and before I could text the number that I had arrived, a smiling, pleasant, employee greeted me by name, and handed me my food. She wished me a pleasant evening, and told me to enjoy!I looked in the bag to see a beautifully presented dinner. It smelled wonderful, and I couldn't wait until I arrived home to try it. The food did not disappoint! However, while I am used to a sweeter crab rangoon, made with cream cheese, (these had none) the flavor was still very good. After eating about only half of the plentiful bundle, we had the fortune cookies, and had a good laugh. Upon opening the cookies, there were no fortunes included inside!!Thank you Pei Wei Surprise, for a great dinner!

My husband and I went Pei Wei for lunch today. At 1:49pm we both ordered Kung Pao Chicken one with fried rice one with salad....nothing too complicated right.....WRONG!!! It took 55 minutes to get our food and on top of it both of our food was completely wrong, since when is Kung Pao chicken breaded in a pound of breading and swimming in a beyond sweet sauce and have no peanuts....so since it was taking FOREVER to get our food I went a head and placed a to go order of mongolian beef with fried rice for my son.... it took just over an hour to get that order. Not one apology for the delay, how your food or explination for the delay. Their food and service has gone totally down hill and needless to say we were totally disappointed and will not be going back!!!

Working in the online food delivery space, I know its essential for any restaurant or brand to pay very close attention to their NPS, which is a customer satisfaction metric that measures how likely a customer will return to make a future purchase based on a current purchase.Typically, I enjoy my experiences at PeiWei, but today was different. When we opened the Bourbon Chicken entree, it appeared good, but once we started digging in, we found that it was swimming in sauce. Turns out, a soppy, soggy, rice dish, isnt that appetizing. So, PeiWei, I commented on your survey, but wanted to add this review accompanied by photos, so you could understand why I awarded such a low score.

I made a to go order and the 3 people behind me dine-in . Those 3 people are their food and leave the restaurant. I was still waiting for my food . The host didn’t care , I asked how much longer because I’ve been waiting here for 30+ mins and she tells me 10 more mins . They won’t never have to worry about me ever coming back to this location.

Staff did a very nice job in spite of being busy with Togo orders. I know first hand the difficulty in handling today's Togo's business. Drivers are uncaring and unsupportive and just flat out rude demanding their order above everyone else . .

We ordered the family platter which is 30.00. We ordered crab Rangoon but received slimy dumplings. I called and was told they had run out of crab Rangoons earlier that day so they just put those slimy dumplings in our order. The manager I spoke with was so matter of fact rude as if I had caused my order problem. I asked why didn’t you tell me that when I ordered or tell my husband when he picked it up? He said, “things happen and that’s just life!” I told him he is the best example of terrible customer service I had witnessed in a while. He said he would refund 5.00 for the crab Rangoon. I told him that wasn’t a sufficient way to treat a customer. I also told him I would be writing this review and he said “go right ahead.” AND THEN, HE HUNG UP ON ME! I will NEVER go there again. The food was terrible too. We ordered cashew chicken which had three cashew halves on it but it was General Tso's Chicken. The vegetarian noodles we ordered appeared to be made with angel hair Italian pasta which was overcooked and gelatinous. We used to live in Cave Creek and went to the one in Carefree at The Summit. It was always really good. But here in Surprise, the food was terrible and the way they talked to me, their customer, was even worse. As customers, we have to stand up and let these restaurants know we won’t tolerate bad food and bad service. The pandemic has made customer service worse than ever. Those of us who have jobs know we need to do the right thing. Our employer depends on us to do our jobs, and we are paid. So please if you receive bad service or bad treatment by any business, write them up on Yelp and Google Reviews. Thank you.

This is a very hard time for the employees only 5 employees this included the manager. I praise each of you for your hard work tonight Friday Jan 21st. I know there was 14 people in the lobby with me willing to wait the 1 hour for our orders on the app that you have nothing to do with only corporate does. Thank you for being honest with us!!! I know there was that one lady we will call Karen that got in your faces about the wait time and the manager said do not treat/talk to my employees that way offered her a refund but Karen wanted her money right then and there (it takes your bank 7 to 10 days to process it back) Karen all of us stand behind the employees that were willing to be there and work and make our food!!!! Thank you pei Wei of Surprise ❤️ Employees at 6pm pickup and I walked out with my order 7pm 1 hour like you said ? thumbs up great service!!!

We ordered (via online) the Korean Beef, the General Tso Chicken, 2 pork egg rolls and chicken Lo Mein. It was an across the board disappointment.1)The beef was so tough we could not chew many pieces.2) the containers were not filled and had a tiny amount of white rice in each of the entrees. This food (and especially price) is normally two meals worth for my fam and it definitely barely made it through one.3) the tiny egg rolls tasted like they were frozen and then warmed up.Not sure if this is how it always is, but will definitely not be recommending.

Jordan shined like a diamond tonight! In the face of an understaffed and high take out order scene she managed to keep level headed and positive. There was a lot of hate being thrown at her for delays and even mistakes in orders but sitting in my car waiting for as long as I did while watching the high demand put on the employees that staff deserves nothing but a raise.

First time ordering- the food arrived in time and was hot and fresh, good service and easy to order online but portions are too small for how expensive it is. Spent $40 to feed myself, fiancé, and 8 year old son and ended up getting mainly white rice. Firecracker chicken was good but barely any meat, same with the sweet and sour chicken; all bell peppers and pineapple on top of an excessively large portion of rice with barely any sauce and maybe 4 small pieces of chicken.
