Gotta give props where it’s due!I ordered a whole pineapple half jalapeño medium pizza, and didn’t realize til we got home that they accidentally did pepperoni instead of pineapple. My wife is allergic to pork, so we called them up and they remade the order for us. When I went in to pick up the order one of the employees apologized saying he misread the order, that he was super sorry, and that for his mix up he made the pizza this time a large with stuffed crust. Talk about going above and beyond to correct a mistake!Thanks Papa John’s ????
Hello to my fellow Pizza comrade's. I had an order where my pizza came in with too much sauce, and my Family didn’t enjoy the pizza, things happen all the time. I’ll clue you in as to why I love papa John’s pizza. It’s not just the pizza it’s self lol, I received a warm welcome as if I’m apart of the team from an awesome guy by the name of Frank M.. He took control of the matter, and thats the kind of attitude that will keep me a customer for life. Thanks agin! FRANK M.
Ordered a large pizza and paid for Papa Johns delivery and they had DoorDash deliver the pizza. After 2 hours of waiting the pizza never came so I called and canceled the order and got a refund. I don't want my pizza to sit in someone's car while they are delivering other peoples food and come cold 2 and a half hours later.
I rdered two thin crust pizzas and both were burnt. They were also cold and hard upon delivery
Pizza is not good enough to wait 3 hours for delivery and only .07 miles away. Plus delivery fee and driver tip. Give me a break 3 hours that is ridiculous. Could have walked there and done carry out if I'd known it would be so long saved myself time and money.
We ordered pizza at 5:04 pm it is 7:09 pm they have only one excuse the driver is new give her a couple extra minutes !! That was at 6:45!!! Oh wait did us here 7:10 let’s see if it’s ice cold !!!it’s not even warm NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE!!!!!!

We order from the store all the time. I really like the flavor of the pizza. However, two out of three times that I order they always get something wrong. I just got pizza last night on New years eve and I asked for tomatoes on one side and onions on the other. Guess what, they were both put on the same side and a very plain second side of a Pizza. Come on guys if the website has three circles which stand for left, the whole side of the pizza and right and you can't read those icons you shouldn't be working in a pizza joint. You actually should go back to school to learn how to read something so simple. I'm tired of calling and telling him they did something wrong and then they promised to make it right by another pizza. It's just not worth it anymore. I guess it's time to find another pizza place that I like the flavor of and knows how to follow directions.
Papa John's is usually makes excellent pizza's. First of all the driver was great, no complaints there. I ordered two large stuffed crust pizza's. 1 was perfect the other was just thrown together. I ordered 2x extra cheese and that was ignored and several areas on the pizza was bare. What bothers me is the exorbitant cost for additional cheese.
