The pizza was OK, the bread sticks were completely dry. Usually they have some kind of liquid and spices on them, but here there was nothing. I don't know if they forgot, or if this is something specific to this location but since the garlic bread is one of the reasons I like Papa John's this felt like a waste of money.
I got the peperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza. The stuffed crust was the best part. The base of the pizza or sause had a very unplesent taste. I threw out over 1/2 of it.
Great customer service here at this store Especially 'The Girl' Who Took my order I didn't get her name and 'Johnny' I'll definitely be coming back here from now on everytime Me And The Fam Are Craving Pizza Which Is More Then You'd Think lol ??
We have waited 3 hours for this pizza to get here and it still isn't here. Then when we called to make sure the order was coming out the customer service was just plain rude and disrespectful and then hung up on us because they were mad that the phone got disconnected before. I will never come back to this place and it was just horrible.

every time i order online i put DONT KNOCK or LEAVE ON PATIO & everytime they knock as loud as they can reason i tell them not too is cause i have a newborn at home, also i ordered a pizza was supposed to have green peppers, instead they put onions & found a nice surprise while eating my pizza :) tried contacting the store to ask for a refund or something but of course no answer
This location will leave your pizza on the floor and walk away even when you choose you want them to hand it to you. They won’t make your garlic knots with garlic and they will make you wait two hours for your food. Also they apparently don’t let you cancel food that will take more than 99 mins to arrive. Horrible service.
The pizza was just as good as usual. This review isn’t so much for the pizza as it is for the driver. (Lisa??) This is the second time this young lady has delivered to us. Being former law enforcement, it makes me very nervous having a stranger walk up to a random door. I always meet the driver at the end of my driveway where we stand directly under the bright street light. I told her that I was saving her a long walk. In reality this was for her safety. As an attractive young lady, this has all the ingredients for a problem. Nevertheless, she kept the pizza hot and on time not to mention she was polite and very well spoken. I see her as an example of what other drivers she model themselves after. I don’t know her story as to why someone of her caliber is delivering pizza at almost midnight nor should I. It’s none of my business as well it shouldn’t be. Either way, she is a great person to represent Papa Johns. At least for now.
I love Papa John's, I don't know why this isn't everyone's favorite. Delivery service is always very courteous
This location always has great Papa Johns pizza! I love to order online to save time and the tracking is on point! Picking up is my preferred method for any take out since I like my food fresh and hot and in my hands as soon as possible! I usually order on the slower days but today was my first time ordering on a Friday afternoon. Took 15 mins longer than expected so I was waiting inside, I had a phone call to pick up so I went out to my car to wait instead and asked if they could just bring my order out (since I parked right in front) when its ready. They were so so sweet to do this for me!While waiting 10 mins inside.. I did notice how hard working the entire team was and even how much team effort they put in with helping each other out! Everything was calculated and efficient! Also the delivery drivers were zooming in and out to get orders out as fast as they can! Please do not skimp when tipping if you do deliver! Thank you Papa John's of Surprise! :)
