I really enjoyed this place. As a missionary, I have a limited budget, and sometimes finding affordable food that doesn't make you feel just sick is tough to do. I left this Panera full and feeling good. The food tasted good and was exactly what we ordered. Not to mention it was very clean and the staff were super friendly. The team manager on shift, Madison, was probably the equivalent of three employees with everything she was doing. They made sure the food was satisfactory and were quick to service tables. I'll probably be coming back.
Good food. This was my first time.Service was good, food was good to. Will return .
Worst Mother’s Day ever. Margarita pizza missing basil and not even cut. French onion soup with no croutons or cheese, no forks given, small portions for the price. Asian chicken salad with no chicken. Bad service who didn’t apologize and got mad when I nicely asked for them to fix it. They fixed it by tossing some basil on the cold uncut pizza, gave me a cup of chicken to put in the salad, and a pinch of cheese in the soup and told me they were out of croutons. Incredibly unprofessional.
Stopped here for a quick sandwich and drink. Drive-thru line was very long so I went inside to order. Very friendly staff and less than a 5 minute wait. Sandwich was very well prepared and fresh. Very clean interior. One of the better Panera Breads I’ve been to recently.
Ordered French onion soup “Bistro Style”, to go, expected same type as in Goodyear location. What I got was the soup, no bread in soup, no cheese- just a few croutons. Bread on the side looked like someone ripped it off a loaf, not nicely cut. No spoon with order, so I drank it in the car. Only good part of visit? The chocolate chip cookie was free. Unlikely I will visit this Glendale restaurant again. Disappointing lunch.
Went here this afternoon for lunch, and it was very good. The flat bread pizzas were spot on. I got an iced caramel latte, and it was well made. The portion of the macaroni was good too and not over cooked. I was amazed at how well it went, since it is usually hit and miss. Only complaint was not getting the cookie we ordered. I noticed when I got home.
You do not get what you pay for. I was in the mood for a good deli sandwich, so I talked my husband into going there Sunday afternoon. Ordered the half sandwich Turkey, Bacon and avocado and salad. Cost for just my meal with a small fountain drink was $15.00. The salad was ok, but the sandwich was terrible. The meat was all in 1 spot, I had to open the sandwich to pull it apart and spread the Turkey around. That is when I discovered how cheap they were on the bacon and avocado. I literally had 4 1inch pieces of bacon and 2 paper-thin slices of avocado. This for a $7 dollar sandwich. I get more bacon on my jr bacon cheese burger four for $4 meal at Wendy's then I did at Panera. I sure do miss Paradise Bakery! Panera is no where close to the quality of food that it had as Paradise. Will not be going back, not a good value for the $ and poor quality.
Trust the reviews. My husband wanted to get me a treat this morning for my birthday. We don’t come here often because my husband is not a fan of their coffee. We had tried this location before a year or so ago and I had tried the Frozen Vanilla Coffee. The first time was AMAZING. Tried again a few days later and it wasn’t that great. Went this morning and ordered the same drink. It is completely un drinkable. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. Tried adding sugar and it’s still disgusting. So $6 wasted. They charge $6 for a child’s size cup of coffee and the can’t even make it correctly. Also the service is non existent. Disappointed and won’t be back.
One of our favorites. Healthy food options and famously delicious bread on the side. A nice place to go for a relaxed dinner. Love the healthy drink choices plus the usual sodas. Free drink refills for dine in.
Today, my wife ordered through the app an asian sesame salad - no wanton strips, a chicken caesar salad, and a free birthday cookie. The start of this bad review is that my wife was charged for the "free" birthday cookie. This is usually not a big deal but money is tight right now and Panera at home is our date night, so 2 extra dollars for something free is not ok. She also redeemed a reward she had earned on the app for a free salad. I go and pick up the order and get home to find that the cookie is not in the bag at all. What is there however is the wanton strips that we had requested be taken out of the salad my wife ordered. Again, not a big deal but this is not the first time this has happened.I call them and they say I need to come in to get the cookie, free pastry, and drink. I live 15-20 minutes from Panera so I thought that was a fair trade. When I get there the cashier was not under the same understanding of all the extras that I was to receive and I think it was too busy for her to care. All in all, I spent nearly 1.5 hours maybe more just going to and from Panera and the time waiting there. Again most of this is small, but now because of this, every time my wife or I do a mobile order with Panera, I have to be concerned if they actually made the order correctly. Even McDonalds can get the mobile orders right.
