Highly recommend never going here. At least give it 2 years if they're still open. I've given this place 5 chances since I've moved here last year and each time it got worse. This is the final time since this time they gave me my order wrong they gave me fried rice. I cannot have fried rice and the lady didn't care and gave me a little container of white rice instead of just giving me a whole box. Whatever. But as soon as I started eating I had 3 RAW pieces. I went in, gave them my plate and they gave me a new one correct this time. All good right? Wrong. I still had multiple raw/unfinished chicken pieces. I should've expected that considering there were 20 people in there all disorganized looking and stressed out. You do not rush food in general. I could've gotten extremely sick or worse. I'm done with this place.Edit: take that back. After eating a bit of it before throwing out finding out some is undone/raw my stomach is hurting anyway. Thanks.

They usually have an attitude if I ask for an extra space, napkins or something else. Today I went through the drive and asked them if they can try to put as little veggies as they could on the chow main and they completely tried their hardest to put as much veggies as they could. I like panda express but this is very vindictive. I'll definitely be going to the one on Litchfield and Camelback. They are usually very polite.

Often out of things when I go, the staff is courteous enough I guess. My las vist they were out of egg rolls and cherry coke, no biggie right? It was only 6 in the evening. The portion sizes were small on the entrees. I only went to this one due to the proximity to my home, I have been going to the one near Grand Ave in Surprise the service and the food is so much better there.

First time trying Panda Express, I had the Black Pepper Chicken Bow with Lo Mein noodles. Nice blend of seasonings, with fresh green beans. Nice serving size for the Bowl @ $7.40

I find that this Panda Express location is a little bit better than most others. Service is fast and attentive. They rarely run out of different entree selections - even during busy lunch rushes. The parking lot is a little small and wonky but that's a minor issue.

The staff member that starts the order which your choice of which pasta item ( for those who weren't aware you can get just vegetables in place of pasta) you want was absolutely rude. I asked to have my vegetables placed in a separate container and she literally asked me "Why ?" (with an attitude)It didn't end there with her lack of professionalism .The food choices are good at Panda Express which is why I like going. ( first time at this location)This location needs a lil help with front end representation. After all the drama with getting my meal...the sweat fire chicken I ordered was scorched.Disappointing visit.I try not to write poor reviews, but I must be honest.

This location always has issues, I went by the drive through and ordered 4 plates for dinner today. 2 of the 4 were wrong, asked for half and half chow mein/fried rice for all of them they did only rice in two of them and half and half on the other two. They probably ran out of chow mein and just gave me rice. I also ordered spring rolls and they didn’t give them to me, I’ve tried calling the store 3 times to let them know of the mistake and nobody answers the phone. Gave 2 starts because of the food that I did receive and the girl at the drive through was polite.

It's been a very long time since I've been to Panda and it's going to be a very very very long time before I come again. I couldn't believe for $8 I had a lunch that was inedible the chicken was okay it was room temperature but it tasted good the noodles were so dry I couldn't eat them my wife's rice was dry clump together and little balls very sad everybody seemed friendly here though.

Food was good. I got the honey walnut shrimp and Tacos chicken. Oth were cooked well. They had no drinks from their soda machine. No apologies, just a matter of fact. The only bottled drinks have sugar, which o can't have. Panda Express seems to have inconsistent quality and training across the board. What a shame.
