I don't want to give a negative review but this place is getting disappointing every time we go in. We love Panda Express, this is our local restaurant so we go often. Starting with a positive note, I love the fact that from 5pm-8pm, the place is busy and we always get fresh, good and hot food. The thing that bothers me is that their portions are getting smaller every time, especially with entries. There is also too little meat for the price. The sad fact is that they just raised the price too. I'm only saying this because we went to a few other Panda places and their portions were very generous. I'm thinking to go to other places from now on if the management will not take care of this issue.
Food potions seem to be getting smaller the past few times I have went, I only got a small amount of Beijing beef and it doesn't taste like it normally does. They got me in and out fast though.
Missing entree. Food is good but wish I received my full order I paid for. Servers in line too busy talking and laughing and not paying attention to items written on container. Long day at work and too far to drive back. Tried calling manager. No answer after 2 attempts.
You are getting zero stars until you add chow mein back to the GrubHub menu. How ridiculous is that? Why would you take it off in the first place? Am I a second class citizen because I'm disabled and need to use food delivery services? I'm thinking I'm going to file a lawsuit and I'm going to win. I have to use food delivery services liner GrubHub because I'm disabled and wet are often discriminated against because we use delivery services this goes against the ADA.
This panda has great quality food. The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and inviting. They can be quite busy at times, but I have never waited too long. I have also never had an issue here. The food is well made. I reccomend going to this location. One of the better run food places in the area. Their work ethic is a real bonus, and refreshing.
I understand the stress of being busy which they were but how hard is it to smile. The only friendly employee was a guy named Hashin, management needs to come up with a more organized and efficient way to fill to go orders so it takes away the confusion being witnessed amongst the front servers. A young man named Aiden who continued my order thought it was funny to cough into his hand while talking to another employee on the line, grant you he had a mask on but really? They were being snarky and pretty much all of the staff made the atmosphere feel like customers were an inconvenience. The food was cold and gross. This is strike 2 one more chance but Panda is becoming no better than a burger joint.
Something is strange with the food here. Doesnt seem to taste like other Panda I have had and it always kinda upsets my stomach. I avoid this place but I still like other Panda locations.
Horrible, horrible. Starting off i went through the drive through, Nayeli C took my order was laughing with people in the back didn’t listen to what i was ordering made me repeat many times and didn’t get the right things on the order. Then I paid $40 for my order to be missing half the stuff it was supposed to have. Drove 30 minutes back home and found out. Called the store many times to speak to a manager and didn’t have anyone answer. won’t be going there again.
The beef and broccoli was tuff. Asked for fresh broccoli could not even bite into it.
Your food doesn't taste the same the food. The last three times we have been there the food quality has been terrible. Everybody is always in a hurry there you don't even seem to get the same amount as you used to get. There's more roughage in the noodles than there is noodles.
