We had an amazing experience at this Olive Garden location. Our hostess, Jane, was so kind and helped us to our table instantly. She even took a family picture for us on the way out! Our server, Monte, was a gem! I loved how attentive and friendly he was. The food was absolutely wonderful. If you haven’t tried it yet, order the zuppa toscana!
This Olive Garden has got it nailed down!. I can only imagine how hard it is to provide a consistent enjoyable experience, especially when many of your patrons are elderly and often hard to please. My grandma absolutely loves this place and as such I find myself here often. My favorite server is Jeff! Hes the tall guy with the long hair usually in the middle section with the booths against the wall opposite the kitchen and really goes the extra mile.. even with the restaurant is packed full ..but I will say Ive never had a negative experience here. I usually get the classic Fettuccine with the chicken dumpling soup but you can never go wrong with the Tour of Italy.
Well, I went there two weeks ago it was fantastic! Great service, great food. After Sunday afternoon's lunch, which ended up being an early dinner, I'm not sure when my next visit to Olive Garden will be. I had not eaten there in years. I ordered the same dish I ordered from my last visit. I should have ordered something different when she told me then ran out of mushrooms. It went downhill from there. Our meal took a very, very long time. Which was strange, because they really weren't that busy. My meal wasn't working for me. I asked for no bacon in the sauce, they bring me extra sauce with the veggies they forgot to add. It has bacon in it!! The server offered to bring me a different meal, but that's such a big huge deal, and time wasted. I had filled up on salad. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. It just took so long. Maybe I will wait awhile before I go back.
I realize Olive Garden isn't the most authentic Italian food, but if you're craving pasta, soup or delicious salad then Olive Garden is a great choice. Their prices are very affordable and the quality of their food (at this location anyway) is great. Their staff is wonderful and the service is always great. Shania is amazing! Definitely recommend when you want a nice lunch or dinner.
Sunday May 29th was my grandson's 23rd birthday. We mentioned it to our server, David, right away but he didn't want sang to by multiple staff members. David was so attentive and caring without being annoying. He actually seemed like he enjoyed working and making all patrons happy. When we were done eating he brought out Italian donuts for all of us, a small dish of ice cream and lit a candle and sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY quietly to just my grandson. David is truly a great asset to Olive Garden! And yes, our meals were wonderful as always too!
We had great lunch here. Service and food was quick and friendly. The food was well made too. Overall feel was clean. We don't go here much but had a great experience when we did.
I haven’t been to Olive Garden in well over two years because my last visit was nothing to brag about. However this visit my sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Ask for Mickey, she was a fantastic server!Kudos to the chefs in the kitchen… Every aspect of our meal was delicious
We were seated quickly, we each really enjoyed our order and we had all the salad and bread sticks one could desire. Waiter was most obliging.
I attended with a large party. The decor and atmosphere was great. The entrees seemed delicious. Unfortunately I ordered the Lasagna. The portion was tiny. It also tasted very salty. Other guests on my table had very generous portions. Otherwise a nice dining experience.
Servers are great, very attentive and respectful. Unlimited soup and salad are very filling, surprisingly. A few of the items need more flavor and more moisture like the fish, salmon. Although the pastas are delicious, I prefer to have creamy texture. It may have been the cook or the product they have, but the presentation makes it up. Thank you! Keep up the good work.
