We just had our 2nd visit to Babbo's and I have to say it was very disappointing. I realize that your restaurant is popular, but a 35-minute wait for 2 people to be seated at 4:30 on a Monday is beyond reason especially when I hear it is due to short staffing. There were many empty tables in the restaurant, yet you failed to staff adequately for the evening diners. After we were finally seated, your staff was polite and prompt, although your menu leaves a lot to be desired, as none of your entrees include a salad which is unusual for an Italian restaurant. I ordered a White Russian drink and was shocked to see it was just a bit larger than a shot glass for an $8 price. The Spaghetti dinner that night seemed as though it was poured out of a Chef-boy-R-dee can with too much salt. My wife could not finish her meal due to the bad taste. All of this shows me that you only have interest in raking in as many $$ as possible and have no desire to provide a good value to your customers. I have never written such a bad review of a restaurant, but our experience in your restaurant prompted me to do so.

Came here for lunch with family. I was not real happy coming here as I have been at another location of this resturant and did not like it there. However, I was very surprised in a good way here. Inside was very inviting. With a lack of workers the manager did a outstanding job making sure everyone was properly taken care of. The food was very good. I had a lunch special of a mini combo. Other people in our party liked their food very much. I would came back here again.

We have been fans of Bobble for 10 years. Since there move the food has gone from bad to terrible. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. To get extra sauce was a little more. What I got was a dried up pizza with very little sauce. My wife ordered grilled asparagus salad. It came with no dressing. Both were take out so I didn't want to drive back and wait in line . Their staff is excellent and always has been but were not going back.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary dinner. They gave us only one menu and no drink menu. Once we received a drink list, my wife ordered wine, myself an american mule. The server came back and said they were out of ginger beer for my drink. We ordered the bruschetta combo as an appetizer, the server came back and told us they were out of bruschetta. My wife ordered a side salad called pomodoro. A small plate with one small stewed tomato and a slice of mozzarella cheese arrived. It cost $5. Our entrees came and they were okay. We ordered coffee after dinner for us both. The server brought me a cup but not my wife and noticed something in the cream and took it away. She brought a cup for my wife and new cream. When we added the cream it curdled in the coffee. It was disappointing because the outside looks like a good place to eat just don't go inside.

I was there with a group of 4 . The restaurant is open for inside dining. We had to wait about 30 minutes before a table was available. It seems like everything we wanted to order our waitress said they were out of it. They were out of steak. They were out of salmon. They were out of Pinot Noir , The list goes on. Brussel sprout and beet salad was served with 3 tiny chopped beets the kind you get out of a can. There were 2 brussels sprouts on the plate. The rest of the plate was filled with broccoli and cauliflower which was not in the item description. Made me wonder if that was something they were out of also. The stuffed manicotti with Italian sausage was served with something that looked like preformed sausage links you would buy in the deli that were thinly sliced. It was not Italian sausage. It was disgusting. Once again wondering if they were out of real Italian sausage. The lemon and garlic shrimp was served with only 4 shrimp on the entire plate. Overall, if they weren’t out of something that we wanted to order it seemed like there were a lot of substitutions on our plates. I will not be coming back as it was expensive with a very long wait time to get in and to be served, not worth it.

Seemed the food has gone down hill. Lost my interest. Service and atmosphere is good. People friendly.

Four of us arrived and they would only give us one menu. That menu was printed on standard computer paper with a 6 point font. Needed to use phone's magnifier and light to read it. Food was OK, but we won't be back. They keep trying to get you to load their app on our phone to read the menu. Ain't happening. I have too much garbage on my phone already.

Ordered by phone to be picked-up; they said 30-45 mins. Two lines - One to pay & one to get food. It was rather congested because of the special! It was worth the wait! Great spaghetti & meatballs. Single serving would feed most couples. $6.99 What a great deal! Thanks Babbo’s!

We ordered 2 entrees and side salad for pickup because of the Caronavirus restrictions. We went by the online info. We were overcharged $12.00. The manager just shrugged it off. We will ever go back. That was taking advantage Of a serious national condition. PRICE GOUGING!!!

This should have been a good deal, they advertise a half pan of chicken Parmesan, large ceases, focaccia bread and two mini tiramisu. We got it home and the half pan of chicken Parmesan was all pasta with maybe 2 chicken breasts cut into squares on top. This is supposed to feed 5-6, guess we were to fill up on carbs. Won’t purchase again no matter how I would like to help restaurants stay afloat in these trying times.
