Food was not cooked great at all and had to wait 30 minutes for it
Honestly, I rarely will go out of my way just to get McDs, especially when you live next to one the horrible, but the location may like busy but they are quick at drive-thru. Hot food and consistent quality!
Horrible everything is dirty staff standing around pop machine is broken doesn't tell you till after you order. All employees look like dirty I will never return to this location.
The service is fine and the food is good, but this McDonald's is constantly out of something I get with breakfast. It's either milk or orange juice. Today it's both?! So I have to get a chocolate milk, which I do not like, and an orange Hi-C instead. I only come in once or twice a week, on my days off. Weeks without milk or orange juice is just such a simple thing to avoid, I would think.UPDATE: The coffee pictured shows me getting less than a full cup. The line is where they are supposed to fill it. WTH?! And still no orange juice. I didn't even ask about the milk because I will get some here at home because I took breakfast to go. ?♂️
Just wanted to give a shout out to Ashley for her great service today. I also witnessed her go above and beyond with multiple customers while I waited for my food. She helped a crying child get the toy they wanted and then chased the family down after they forgot it. The food was good as well. Fries were nice and hot!
Staff was friendly and quick to deliver our order to us.
This restaurant wasn't the cleanest when I visited it. The staff seemed very rushed and I had to repeat my order a few times because the cashier wasn't paying attention to what I was asking for. Overall an average McDonald's.
Best McDonald's in Surprise. Fries are usually always hot when I'm there.

The chicken patty was dry and the cheese was cold. Not the experience I was hoping for but it's McDonald's inside of a Walmart and eaten out of necessity to have some fuel for holiday shopping lol
