We have come to this McDonald’s for the past three years and we have never had such a great experience as we did today! Every McDonald’s needs a Mary! Mary was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond for every customer dinning in! So Mary thank you for being so incredible and making my daughters day with your kindness!
Why do fast food workers expect a good pay with benefits when they can't even put together number seven correctly? One of my burgers had just bread and me and the other burgers had bread, ketchup, one pickle and some onions. When you're at the bottom of the food chain restaurant wise you shouldn't be able to mess up like this and keep your job
Not the greatest experience because I waited quite awhile in the drive thru tonight. When they took the other lane before me I said HELLO? Then my order was taken. Ok fine. But then I ordered the fish sandwich because when it’s fresh it’s great. Sadly it had to be at least 2 hours old. Disgusting. So after driving 17 miles to get it I had to toss it out. Managers need to adhere to the refs and don’t serve food that’s been sitting for hours. The frys are 5/10. Some McDs know how to get the fries perfect but this one still has some learning.
First off got my order wrong then ordered 3 separate orders of cookies only got 2 went to tell who looked like they were in charge, she kinda was rude about it then I tried telling her that one of them only had one cookie in the bag and she said what more do you want I already gave you the missing cookie bag. Simply rude to say, will never go back to there again
Honestly this place has been hit or miss so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars. They got some decent service most the time theyre nice. Orders constantly get "messed up" in the words of my daughter. But she could leave her own review and it would be worse than mine... on the upside even though they sometimes dont necessarily give us at least half of what we ordered its still good. So uhh.. yea... McDonald's...
Went through the drive thru. It was not a long wait. Staff were very friendly. Greeted with a smile. Food was on point. Hot.
Person in front of me at drive-thru was allowed to stay there for 10+ minutes instead of being asked to pull forward. Subsequently, my food was not peak nor was I in the mood to enjoy it.
A maze for a parking lot. All of the parking outside the entrance was for pick up orders. There was parking around the side but a horrible walk back to the front door in 100 degree heat. ALL the other doors were exit only. The largest McDonald's I've seen. Maybe it fills up after school lets out, but it was empty and slow. The person took the order wrong and then disappeared. I waited a long time for my order which was bagged to go eventhough I was eating in. The fish was cold and had pickles on it. I requested LTM for which they charged 58 cents and I got pickles and too much shredded lettuce. No tomatoes. The fries were cold as well. The Coke was flat. Just seemed like a waste of ten bucks and a lunch break.
The wait was long. I know it was around Derby time,but...Fries were few and soggy. I asked for no onions and, of course there were onions.Last year I thought this McDonalds was pretty good. Lately it is not even close.
We were greeted by Mary, she was extremely nice, and helpful. Once we ordered she told us we could find a seat, and she'd bring us our order. The place was extremely clean and well maintained! This was one of the nicest McDonald's we've been to!
