It took 21 minutes to get my hamburger. While waiting in the parking lot, I called and was told my order was coming right out. 6 minutes later, I had to call 3 times to try to get anyone to answer. When a guy finally came, and I explained my concern, he told me to call. I guess he did not know how to relay the message. I told him I already called once, but it didn’t seem matter. Just Ridiculous especially considering that car after car after car kept coming through the drive-through while I was sitting there waiting.
They send nearly every car to the reserved spots. This leads to massive confusion and wrong order placement. Multiple times they have given me the wrong order or in the case of this review, just plain forgot to bring food out. The ratings speak for themselves, never again at this location.
Worst McDonald's I've been to. Rude employees, long wait time, cold food, and you're always going to have some of your food missing from your order here. Go to the McDonald's inside Walmart, they are a million times better.
Went through the drive through just now and the boy at the pick-up window was awesome! Great smile, friendly and welcoming. My grand daughter and I both left smiling! Thank you!!
This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had, and that statement does not come lightly. We pulled in after a long drove and count on the brand to be consistent, which they usually are. I’m not sure how the franchise is is letting such an awful representation continue to operate this way. We waited for over 20 minutes with only 5-6 cars in front of us. The second drive through lane was closed and only one window was operational. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came burnt with 2 the smallest pickles I’ve seen on a sandwich and without any sauce. Unfortunately, it was after lobby hours, so there was no where to go and ask for a correction without waiting at the back of the line again. After the wait , you would think the food was hot and made to order. Nope. The entire order was luke warm at best (fries, nuggets and sandwiches). Super disappointed.
I eat here several times per week. The fries are most often not really done and have no salt on them. And, often not that hot.How hard could it be to have them hot and salty?
Even with two lanes this McDonald’s is so slow, don’t go if u have to work after u will be late. You should never spend 15-20 mins in a drive I used to work at McDonald’s back in the day
I am not sure why but this McDonald’s location can not get an order right to save their lives. I keep coming back because it is close to my house but I will not be taking the extra 10 minutes to go to another. Every time I go through the drive through they get it wrong. Missing food, no sauce, wrong food etc. I understand now and then if something is wrong or missing because it is fast food not a 5 star restaurant but come on! Also please change your oil you are frying your fries in. They taste awful! For what they pay people here now things should be a lot better. Some form of competence should be required to work here.
Just ordered thru the drive-thru and it took 25 minutes just to order. Then once getting to the first window, the cashier asked me if she took the payment from the car in front. Really??? Then once at the second window, was told to park in a spot because my food was not ready and it would be another 5 min. I do not care if they are short staffed... 30 minutes to get fast food is utterly ridiculous.
Had me park for Fresh fries and this is what I got. Soggy, greasy fries and definitely didn't taste Fresh. Fish was thrown together and the bread was hard??
