Ordered sprite and got Carbonated water! Totally understandable how that could happen you can't really see that the syrup was out. But really nasty for my 7 year old. Other than that good experience.
I always order the big breakfas with hotcakes and it's hardly ever a problem except today was the second time they forget the hashbrown. Their prices are already high for them to be forgetting items in my order. I shouldve checked but I trusted them to include all the items I paid for. With gas prices makes it almost not worth driving back for ttem.
I ordered a bacon quarter pounder and they forgot the bacon. The only reason I went back is because this is the second time this has happened. When I asked them to please remake it they remade it incorrectly. After the third time they corrected it. I’m home and my fries are ice cold and my drink is melted from waiting for my burger to be corrected. I’m annoyed just because I was super nice thinking it would benefit me. Nope now I’m just irritated and wished I went off. Wasted gas, time and my food that I paid for is cold. And the “corrected” burger they gave… the cheese wasn’t melted. That’s my last time there.
Horrible service and long waiting available at any time of day for your inconvenience. Parking available in the drive thru. This used to be a real good location.
Standard McDonald's. Recently nicely remodeled. Wish drinks were self served, but staff quickly gave out refills.
Had a big Mac meal with my mom after work and really enjoyed and the staff was very friendly always love coming to this McDonald's after work. Keep up the good work and each employee has a purpose don't let these rude customers get you down I work at burger just across the street.
This place sucks. They say that they have delays with their order processing often. Then I have a coupon code with the app and they tell me they are having issues with the codes so they won’t accept any coupons. Another time I came here the whole place was just show down for maintenance. No effort in trying to be accommodating. Poor customer service.
My grandson took me for lunch to his favorite place. I got us dessert afterwards. We had so much fun together.
Our cheese burgers did not have ketchup or onions or pickles. I guess they are cutting costs somewhere. Mickey D's used to have the best cheese burgers.fries have gone down hill too.
I came today 3/28/2022 at around 2:30 pm I ordered a fish filet meal , 20 piece and 3 cones from drive through had a coupon code but it didn’t scan right. It wasn’t no ones fault just the system being funky so when I got my receipt I realized it didn’t take the coupon and I mentioned it to the young lady that was giving me my food. I wish I took their names down. They were really nice about it and gave me a refund with no problem. I want to make sure I give credit to them because let me tell you I have been there before in the past and other fast food places in the area and if you even ask for napkins or a straw they have a problem with it. So Thank you ladies for being so nice and providing great customer service! Especially nowadays where it seems like no one provides a good experience.
