Every time I dine in at this location I get the friendliest and helpful staff. They always greet my kiddos and myself with smiles and are always going above to help with what we need. The kiddos love the play place, not much for tots but the climbers love it.
It is the slowest McDonald's , we have ever been too. And the wait is not worth it. You still get hard biscuits. And they don't have coffee sometimes. And we have traveled to 48 state's. The Crew are really nice. So is the manager is also great. But we won't go to that one again. Sorry but it's the truth.
Waited in the drive thru literally for 40mins just for a kids meal then when we finally got to the menu board was told to hold on one min sit waiting for someone to take the order... after 10 minutes of sitting and watching 3 employees just hang out by the trash can i asked them what was going on with the drive thru and they just Laughed and walked inside... at that pointwe decided just to leaveFinally got to the window I Asked to speak with the night manager she was young and had green hair with glasses.Wasn't given explanation or care for unhappy customer at all. Totally Unacceptable to treat consumers like thisMy family comes at least 3 times a week but not anymore after this.Need hire adults that actually care not kids just collecting a pay check
Can someone explain to me how it takes 45 mins to get 7 cars thru the drive-thru at 10 pm on a Wednesday? I mean If you didn't have 3 employees hanging around outside and 4 hanging out in the back office with cell phonesMaybe you could help paying customers ...Girl with green hair in pictures was rude as hellAll I wanted was a soda on the way homefrom work get it together
The food is like any other McDonald’s. Just don’t use the drive thru when the cars are wrapped around the building. Today I waited a reasonable (expected) amount of time to get to the window, only to be told to “go to parking space #2”. Problem was all 4 available spots already had cars in them. So I waited in the fire lane. 15 minutes went by and I didn’t see a single employee come out to the parking lot to take care of any of those cars that were waiting… and the parking lot is a whole other issue. It’s way too small for the volume of traffic at lunch time and shares with several other businesses in the same plaza. I eventually drove off frustrated and empty handed. They just got the last $12.32 they’re ever going to get from me.
Got through the drive thru fairly fast and easy. Cashier so friendly, smile. Had great glasses on. I was asked to park received a ticket on my mirror. Greeted with a smile and we chuckled. Wait was not bad especially when getting hot, fresh food. Food runner was super friendly, energetic, smile on her face. Got home and nuggets were upsized.. total win of an experience. I was there at 6pm. Thank you McDonalds and staff
This McDonalds has been bad for a long time. It used to be good. I went through the drive through tonight with my kid and they messed up the order and the food was gross. The fries were soggy. They didn’t give me ketchup or salt or ask if I wanted any. They didn’t ask what sauce we wanted for the nuggets and just threw ranch in there. My kid had to throw away two nuggets that weren’t cooked through. We were missing one of the happy meal items. The ordering process was slow and they skipped us once. She wasn’t nice and didn’t ask us questions. For example. I said I wanted a number 4 but there are 4 types of sandwiches to choose from on number 4. She put something random in and I had to tell her at the end what I wanted. She should have asked.

Hard working kids! Every order is either perfect or made perfect by staff. People complain, but we barely have workers anymore to staff restaurants thanks to biden. So buy a burger and help these kids pay for school/home/kids
Closest Mc Donald's to our house, we visit once or twice a month. We gave a 4 star review originally for the friendly staff and decent service. The quality has gone down over the past 4 years we have been ordering from here. Including, poor food quality, poor staff management, and wait time. Tonight though was enough for me. I finally had to change my review from 4 * to 1* after i watched HALF the staff at 10:10 walk outside for a "smoke" break. One employee made it very clear that it was marijuana or as they said a " blunt" to deal with "us". Look i get a'lot of customers probably suck, but to say that out-loud to anyone is not okay. Especially infront of customers ! And most definitely not okay when the line inside is 4 people long and the drive thru is close too 20 cars long! McDonalds, don't let people who don't want to work, work for you! Those people ruin the experience you want to give. Your staff should not be getting HIGH during their shift in order to "do there job". Because you can not do any job under the influence!
