I love me some McDonald’s fries. Recently, instead of preparing dinner I thought it would be fun just to have burgers; and what better place than my favorite fries place. Big mistake. The young lady that assisted me did an excellent job of up-selling me. However, she absolutely screwed up my order. I had gotten all the way home before I realized that this is all wrong and I had not been given all the food that I paid for. I went back to the store and to cover her self she had created a total new receipt to match the screw up. Luckily, the Manager saw thru her deceit. I mean why would she have two receipts for the same order and what I’m saying matches the receipt you are insisting that she not look at. This was her attempt correct the order. It has ruined me for McDonald’s for a while. Oh, my food was cold by the time I could eat it.
Quick and clean. They cook the French fries quickly. It’s your typical menu. The ice cream machine was not working when we went so we were unable to get a cone or sundae.
Food is hot when I get it. Drive thru line goes pretty fast.
Asked for a hamburger without mustard and they put mustard. Fries were stale and cold.. poor service. Pick up your order inside and open up the meal and check your order.. these kids cannot be trusted.. better off going to Red Robin..
My daughter loves the spicy chicken sandwich? I love their chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce.....
Not clean looking. Precautions not reinforced, people crowding around cash register. Slow service.
The nuggets wasn't hot and fresh other than that it was alright.
Went through the drive through even though it had a long line, made it through and back on the road in under 10 minutes and my order was hot and fresh
Always professional and courteous, and when my orders are made wrong or take too long they provide me with a free item. Excellent customer service.
Still do not frequent McDonalds. I think their buns are way too dry. As though left out leaving to me ,what I would say has a dusty taste to them. I also think they are a bit overpriced.
