Every time I come here it’s awful, I don’t know why I give it another chance. Definitely the last time for this location. Ordered an hour ahead, still took over 30 minutes from time they said it would be ready. Not only that, they got the order wrong. Pizza also looks burnt and nasty and like a 4 year old cut it. Many people waiting in the lobby got wrong orders…you should really train your staff better…
Worst service pizza was cold when i picked it up and was not really good. Wasted my money i will go to costco instead since they have great svc and pizza
Hot and ready pizza is as hard as a rock. Not sure if that was two days old. Stuff crushed pizzas are flatter than the original hand toss. Order online and they would ping to phone to tell you it's ready, but your going to have to wait another 30 for it. Are the workers stealing money? Is that why they don't want to give me a receipt? Store doesn't deserve a star, and to say the place is a joke, is giving it more credit than they deserve. Should consider other pizza chain store, you get free pizza as loyal customers at other places and little Caesar's price are just as expensive as the other places now.
Ive been getting pizza here for awhile, but tonight i got the worst 2 pizzas i can think of. The cheese on my cheese pizza was burned so bad it looked worse than the cardboard box, the pepperoni was the same except sooo much harder, the crust was so hard it snapped when folding, dont know if ita new employees or what, but wish i had cooked tonight instead of getting this pizza!!
So they forgot my extra cheese.. attempting to charge me for it.. When I told them just to get me a side of cheese they decided that they cannot give me "raw" cheese whatever the h*** raw cheese is. So again Little Caesars screws up the pizza.. but I could wait another 45 minutes and they could recook it for me and maybe possibly, I doubt it, figure out how to put extra cheese on a d*** pizza. In a hurry? This is not the place to go... training and customer service could definitely be improved. Mgr raises voice, but lacks constructive talk.. urg..
This store is a joke, I ordered online/delivery. They screwed up my order. So I drove to this location which is were my online order came from and they refused to remake the order, refund the order or correct it in any way. They told me I had to call DoorDash, my order was through little Caesars. Not DoorDash. Your customer service is absolute trash. Words don’t explain how horrible your customer service is. I will not be ordering food from little Caesars again.
The manager is extremely rude. I ordered two extra pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. When i called the demanded the pizza back, mind you there is covid. I told her I could take a picture. When I hot there she had nothing but an attitude. At the end she only gave me one instead of the two I ordered.
Went in to grab a pizza and nobody was at the counter to help the line of people waiting. After 10 mins of waiting and zero employees coming the counter to sell pizza I left.
Not for adults to be honest. Its for young kids that dont know any better. The wings were super duper small. For $7. That pizza wasn't decent i had the $6 half Italian Pizza bread other half pepperoni!
I was there yesterday. My it took so long to get my pizza. The guy working there looked at me like he didn’t no what I was talking about. Then I asked him fir the Address fir my Lyft Ride and that took a long time as well. The pizza tasted awful. Dissatisfied and I go the a lot I’m right down the street. I’ve called before and hit hung up on!!!
