I understand there is a shortage nationwide at the moment however, if I'm paying for a meal that you do have available I expect my money's worth....instead I get a half way filled famous bowl. This is ridiculous. If you don't have enough to make the food properly let me spend my money else where. Won't be visiting this location again.
Planned to get dinner. Was told no white meat for 15-20 minutes. We saud okay that's fine and went to order a bucket of dark extra crispy chicken.Then we were told extra crispy is a 15 minute wait. This was at 5:45PM on a Thursday.Guess your establishment hates money by lack of being prepared. Anyways, we're on our way to Church's Chicken for dinner maybe they'll be ready to serve their customers. Step up your game or shut down.
Honestly would give a negative-5 stars if possible by far the worst fast food establishments I have gone to. Me and my family stopped in on Sunday about an hour after the location opened. Only to find the lobby extremely dirty with food crumbs all over the place from what I can only assume was from the day before. Nonetheless I cleaned off a table so we could eat. I was called up to get the food we ordered after inspection of are meals it was clear to see that the lack of cleanliness was the least of there problems. The chicken was either old chicken from they day before or left in the fryer to long it turned black and was extremely dry. I took the meals back up asking for an explanation and I quote " it looks that way because it has to be cooked thoroughly all the way through and it is perfectly fine" I asked for fresh chicken and was told that it would also come out the same. I took my meals and threw them away for the safety of my family and contacted corporate to make an official complaint. I wish I had taken photos of the food and establishment. I would strongly suggest NOT going to this location for health reasons. Not to mention the rude customers service.
Literally every time I’ve tried going here they are out of almost everything on the menu. They canceled my order through door dash via the dasher. Didn’t even cancel through the app so I had to contact support to get it canceled otherwise I wouldn’t of gotten a refund cause it was “in the process of being made”. They were clearly closing early and just don’t want to make food. Also the last time I went they gave me a completely wrong order and when I went back through the drive through they took the order from us to resell or give it to the right people. After it was in our car. That’s against health violation.
Was out of everything & poor customer service. Asked a question and got the response of “I don’t know” and then they closed the window. They did not give us any utensils or butter/honey for the order of biscuits. Last time I went they also forgot items in my order. My family will not be returning here. Hopefully the new Surprise location will be better.
Got the 3 piece tender combo, subbed mac and cheese for the fries to share with my child. They didn’t give me a receipt for starters. It took 20-25 minutes for the order to be ready (I went through the drive thru, btw). The tenders were over cooked/burnt. And they gave me an UNWRAPPED straw for my drink—can you say unsanitary?! The only good parts were the biscuit and the mac and cheese—one star for each.
Why is it every time I visit this Kentucky Fried Chicken location they never have any chicken? Isn't that what they're supposed to sell? I have been to this location three separate times and they are out of chicken and it's going to be like a 35 minute wait. So I guess if you want fried chicken from Kentucky Fried Chicken you should probably go to a different location.
The food was amazing and the workers were very nice, they served me well and treated me right. Don't listen to all the other reviews. This place is great I would recommend to all. Best KFC I've been too, I am glad I went here.
I went through the drive thru at this location on Sunday, April 24. I attempted to order an 8 piece family meal and they informed they only had dark meat. So then I attempted to order a couple of their chicken sandwiches. Out of those too. Would not recommend this location to anyone ever. A chicken restaurant with no chicken. Highly disappointed and very unacceptable.
Chicken was very dry... Potatoes were watery... Tables were not very clean... No plastic knives available... prices were tripled... Kitchen Employees were not wearing gloves... I used to love KFC but maybe it's just this franchise... This was my third visit since December 2021 (twice through the "drive through" and this time I went inside and it proved to be the worst of the three visits). GRANDPA SANDERS WOULD BE MORTIFIED ‼️‼️‼️
