Be prepped to being ripped off. Don’t order from Uber Eats. This place is a joke.Ordered food. Never arrived and was charged and refuse to refund.Lawsuits should be placed against this place.
My husband and I took our son to eat for lunch here the other day. We were the first customers in and ordered 2 combos with our meals. We grabbed our chips and tried to get a soda but the machine wasnt working, it was just straight water coming out.. We advised them several times so we just started eating our sandwiches. Cups were continued to be sold with the machine not working after we ordered. The lady behind me got upset as well and demanded her money back for the cups, considering she was getting hers to go and couldn't wait anymore. I decided to do that as well since I paid for a cup but eventually had to fill it with water. When asking for a refund the manager got an attitude and told me to return the cups next time it happens. I advised him that is what I was doing and that I was actually the 1st customer in before everyone started returning their cups. I explained they were still selling the cups knowing it wasnt working. He chuckled under his breath and asked me who I spoke to about the machine. Which is funny because he was doing all the cup returns for the people after me, and was aware the machine was broke. I told the manager I dont know why he would expect me to pay for a service that is not working. He stll continued to get an attitude. Thankfully the other staff members were apologetic during the managers frustration because they realized they should have started telling people the soda machine doesnt work. I understand things happen, but I found it super unprofessional that the manager had to get upset over it. After reading previous reviews, I know im not the only one subjected to the managers unprofessionalism. Because of this, I wont be back.
Ordered a Turkey Tom and a young female made a sandwich with hardly no turkey on it, 8 bucks and very very light on the turkey. Not worth it at all. No more no way. My last visit here!!??
Fast is the only good thing here. Got a “big John” and got TWO pieces of roast beef. Called to ask about this and confirmed that their standard is ONLY two pieces. Save your money and go somewhere else, Firehouse is right next store.
I work at a school and since we can’t leave, we frequently order delivery from this location. They’ve always been pretty good and we understand delays and issues but they’ve always been good about correcting things. Today I was so disappointed in their customer service. First, we ordered at 11am for delivery. We ordered 3 sandwiches for 3 different people. An hour later, our order was delivered. It was missing one whole sandwich and no straws. I called and he said he could give me a credit or wait over an HOUR for the missing sandwich. I told him the person wanted a refund if it was going to be that long. He told me only a credit on my account (it doesn’t help me because now IM out the money) or they had to wait til close to 2pm for their sandwich. Also, apparently they’re out of straws which would’ve been nice for the delivery driver to at least mention to us. At no point did the man I spoke to try to make it right by offering anything other than what I mentioned. He just blamed everything on being short staffed. No mention of trying to be quicker, no offer of a free cookie for our troubles….literally not even an apology. He seemed annoyed that I even called. Not to mention that the delivery fee is now $6 PLUS we tipped 20% which we now cannot change even having had bad service. They’ve lost the business of an entire school now as none of us will order from them anymore.
Nothing bad to say about the food, but one of the three employees tonight at this location welcomed me in by repeatedly saying he has a large catering order that he needs to get started on "but i guess i can do your sandwich", making customers feel like it's a burden to order food. I get it one is busy but keep those comments to yourself and don't make customers feel as if they are not welcomed.
Tried to order lunch, no other patrons in the store, and they turned me away saying they were not taking orders because they were too busy. Went to Firehouse Subs instead and it was EXCELLENT! So screw you, Jimmy Johns.
Good food BAD SERVICE- they take forever to come out for curbside and the workers are pretty rude about it (several visits have gone this same way). Don’t offer a service you aren’t proud and excited to perform. We all dislike working to some extent but don’t make your constituents pay the price for your poor attitude.
Went in yesterday 2/24/22 ordered #9 and #11 Girl was very sweet . I sat and waited about 10 mins saw someone come in after me take several sandwiches and leave. Apparently took my sandwiches with him when the next order that was ready was only a single sandwich.The employees were so polite and I thought it was kind of funny.They apologized and remade my order. The sandwiches were great. Just appreciated the nice group of young ladies working there. Place was also very clean.
Jimmy John's is pretty amazing! Never had bad service at any of their locations, and I really appreciate the rewards app, its one of the best!
