HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not waste your money here. This was our first time here and the service was the absolute worse. The girl who took our order probably hasn't smiled in years, she had no idea how to even answer questions about their menu. She had no interest in any type of small talk or customer service for that matter. After ordering we looked for a clean place to sit, good luck. This place if filthy. The dust is everywhere - top, bottom, up, down. We had to wipe our own table of debris. Waited a decent time for our food, sipped on our drinks while we waited. The ice tea was horrible, tasted very old. When our food was brought, I asked for a Sprite instead. She asked, "Why? What's wrong with it?!" I told her how I didn't like it and I'd rather have a Sprite. She told me, " I don't know, go ask." So I went up and spoke with an older man whom I suppose is Jim.When I stepped up to the counter his exact words were, " what do you want". He saw the tea in my hand. I ask for a replacement. His response, " Why?! What's wrong with it!?" When I told him I did not like it, he answered, "next time you come make sure you order right the first time. You are wasting my money, this costs me money.".Jaw dropped and flabbergasted, I told him maybe there just wouldn't be a next time. And good ol Jim let me know that would be best. Actually his words were, "Yeah Id rather not have you back, you're just wasting my money."Shocked, I took my Sprite and sat down to eat. The food is alright. The onion rings are gross. As we were eating, Jim continued to talk about me, pointing toward me to his staff as if using me as an example.Worse place I have ever been to in my life. I feel sorry for the staff. Waste of time and money.

Me and my buddy stopped in during the last leg of a motorcycle run. I saw it online and the food looked decent. Looked busy but not too bad. I could see the lady at the register was curt and all business so I spared her the small talk. Our food came out and looked and tasted great. The waitstaff was wonderful. They were doing a great job keeping up with the pace of customers coming and going. Here's where it went off the rails. We were finishing up our meal and I went to use the restroom. When I came back I learned that the owner had asked us to finish up and leave because he had customers who need our table. He further mentioned that we had been there for an hour which was a lie because we hadn't even been there a full 30 minutes. Mind you there were people sitting comfortably at their tables since we first walked in but he chose to harass us. It's clear that "Jim" doesn't need or want our money. Needless to say we won't be back.

I did a carry out and dine in with my husband over 3 days and we both really enjoyed everything. I wish their menu was more descriptive as to what ingredients come on each item. Because you don’t really get the opportunity to ask questions once you get up to the front. The line moves very fast.A think just a little on the pricey side but not too bad. I ordered a burger/fries, ham&cheese sandwich/fries with one soda for my carry out and then burger/chili cheese fries, gyro/fries and 2 sodas for dine-in and both bills were between $31-$36 I wanna say. So not too bad**You walk in and instantly stand in line to order. If you want to dine in you can then sit down afterwards. Since you’ve already paid…a lot of people tend to forget to tip the servers that are bringing you your food or refilling your drinks. As someone in the industry. I highly suggest making sure to remember to tip those servers please. ??

Had lunch with friends here a couple times - excellent burgers - saw the breakfast platter and it looked good. Prices are a bit high, but with all the supply chain and personnel issues one can understand it. You order in a line like fast food, but they bring the food to the table, and the quality is quite a bit better. Will revisit again!!

Waited a long time for our food because they were very busy. Our server ran around like crazy. Poor lady must be exhausted. But, the food was worth the wait. Very delicious and perfectly cooked.

I knew better than to come back to this restaurant. I have had more than a few not great experiences here. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and support the small business, but not any more. The customer service is inconsistent and frequently the older women that works there is rude the other cashies barely even acknowledge you. Jim isn't much better. I ordered a ham breakfast burrito. They didn't give me a number and there wasn't one on the recipe of which had the wrong date and time on it. Then the older woman looks over at me and asked me what my number is. I replied I don't know I didn't get one. Then she rudely says your food is here you need to come get it.How I was supposed to know it was ready is a mystery to me. They usually bring it out to you. Then I go back to work and start eating it. All I tasted was mushy grease. I knew better than to even eat the half I did but I am diabetic and needed to get food in my system. Big mistake it almost instantly upset my stomach. To be blunt the food was crappie. I would have gotten better from a gas station for a 3rd of the cost.As soon as I was between customers I took the other half of the small burrito back over to ask for a refund. They are rude and don't even listen to why I wanted a refund, just kept asking where the other half of the burrito was. There was no concern over keeping the customer happy or even meeting them halfway. With the price of food going up if we, consumers, are going to spend the money on eating out we should be assured that the restaurants we choose will provide quality food and quality customer service. Unfortunately you won't find those traits at Jims burgers and Eggs.

Service was very bad from the moment we entered. Ordering with someone who was rude and didn't care. The food took way too long to come out. We didn't get our drinks until after the food came out. The food was edible, but not great. Our server had to go back multiple times just for the basics: straws, silverware, etc rather than just knowing those things are needed at each table. By the time we got the forks, our food was no longer hot. Overall, it was not a great experience. It is highly likely I will not return.

Food is great!! Totally recommend it!! Now warning, the cashier manager is rude!! We have been here a few times and unfortunately have had her with same rude attitude. Sad if you don't like working, retire or have other staff attend to your customers. I am so sure they have lost a lot of customers because of her attitude. Without her would have given a 5 star.

No coffee refills, not a good experience at all especially when the young lady had two coffee pots in her hands and had just just refilled the couple in the very next booth to where we were seated. This place has the oddest concept I’ve ever heard of as her reason was “we hadn’t paid yet” the older tall lady who calls the shots in this establishment is very rude and teaches her waitresses to replicate her tone and connotations. They lost a possible repeat paying customer two of us and yes we tip well to wait staff whom treats us cordially and services our table. So if you’re a coffee drinker and wanna sit and sip a while think twice before you go here because you must order your food first to include coffee and only then they’ll warm your cup up.

Today's issues with an extreme shortage of staff all across our country have not spared Jim's Burgers and Eggs. Despite this dilemma, we dine here frequently - at least once a week. The food is good 85 percent of the time and even though they have had to increase their menu prices (again, everyone has had to do this over the last year), the prices are reasonable. For breakfast, the biscuits and gravy are delicious. If it's a burger you're desiring, the mushroom and swiss will tickle your taste buds.Overall, I can easily recommend Jim's Burgers and Eggs.
