Another "24 Hour" Jack in the Box that only caters to your late night craving if you download their app or order online. I LIKED their food, but considering boycotting the chain. Very frustrating when you go to an establishment that advertises 24 hour service, but won't feed you unless you give them a heads up that you're on your way.
The absolute worst customer service experience ever! I got here at 2:09am in the drive thru not a single person in the drive thru waited at the speaker for 36 minutes before my order was even taken and then another 21 minutes to get my food.. they're excuse for making me wait almost an hour in the Drive-Thru was because they had a big online order so I got to sit there with my vehicle running the entire time.
Food is good, standard Jack in the box. The thing I found interesting was they only take cash money. This was the second JIB we went to that only took cash. Not sure if this is a new thing or not
The last two times I visited this Jack in the Box the employees didn't seem to understand the menu and couldn't answer questions. My husband and I ordered just burgers and not the meal and were given dollar menu food. That is not what we asked for. The employees are sullen and not helpful in any fashion. The last time I visited, I asked for a full-sized burger without the meal deal and again they acted like it was some alien request. I finally said just give me a coke please. I pulled out of the drive-thru and took a gulp of what was supposed to be a coke and almost vomited on myself. I opened the lid and it smelled like glazed donuts. The idiots must have given me a vanilla coke, gag. This place should just be shut down.
Not fast food. I can’t even tell you how the food tasted, but what I can tell you is that I’ve reached new heights of patience when it comes to waiting in line. But hey one less customer is another one quicker in line.Just read some of the reviews, and I’m surprised the place hasn’t gone under. But people gotta eat so sometimes you gotta settle for less.
By far the WORST jack in the box I have ever been to. Night Shift “manager” Jasmine ( at least that is what she says her name is) refused to take out order AND made us wait 40 minutes in line waiting for her to give the food to the person two cars ahead of us to leave. We heard her say to the person in front of us… “I don’t want to take your order so you can wait or you can figure out how to leave.” Because there was two cars ahead of him. The person was managed to get out of the drive thru by driving over the curb into the rocks and bushes area so that he could get out. Additionally yo not taking our order or the person ahead, she managed to “kick out” 5 cars behind us. So called manager was so worried about which cars to turn away than actually taking orders. Her employee even said I’m so sorry she didn’t take your order there’s nothing I can do I’m sorry.M
The worst place ever!! The “manager” on night shift is the worst. Their service is incredibly slow and if you dare say anything she refuses to take your order!! Then makes you wait forever to get out of the line! We have literally been here 40 minutes and not moving, just waiting to get out of the line and we are the fourth car that she has refused so far. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! The manager’s name is Jasmine!
It was the absolute worst experience. The breakfast sandwiches were done incorrectly over and over. We finally asked for our money back and will not go back. It was not just one mistake but a myriad of mistakes!
The two ladies who worked overnight on Friday are a couple of [email protected]! I don't like going to this location because its always packed at night but they were hammering through it while being so kind and funny.
Absolutely disgusting. Employees wiping their fingers along the rim of milkshakes to catch the excess then sucking it off, smoking inside the store. Stuck in the drive through for over an hour waiting on tiny tacos. We were trapped between cars. Absolutely horrible. Will never ever ever do any kind of business at this location ever again.
