The customer service was great in every way. Especially their friendly warm smiles. The food was perfectly cooked and ready to go. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Go get'um jack!!

The wait indoors was long just to order. Stood there for 10 m8nutes while front cashier guy kept handing out uber orders while ignoring walk in orders for food. Terrible service
It's 4:30 am on a Friday morning. Pulled up to them telling me that they are only accepting DoorDash orders ONLY! So I went to Whataburger instead. Don't visit this location in the morning. Your wasting your time!
Hit and miss at this location. Worse experience I had, was when I waited over 40 minutes in their drive-thru... Other times I've never had an issue..
Some nights they’re open other nights they close the drive thru. It’s inconsistent and I’m not gonna waste my time driving there just for them to be closed.
Frys were the oldest frys, Black on the frys, Frys cold not warm or hot.. and we sat down and was eating inside so we grabbed the frys and began eating them literally less than 2 minutes after they were handed to us. They did not cook my wife Hamburger enough, they forgot sauces on my Hamburger.
I went to this location last night and they were very disrespectful. It was 9:30pm and I pulled up in the drive thru and they said “Hi what can I get for you… oh wait I just checked the time we are closed”. It says on the sign and website they are a 24hour location. When I pulled up to the video there was a car being serviced, when it was my turn I asked them why they were closed. The employee said “Umm we close at 10, but we start cleaning at 9:30, so we can’t make you anything”.You should always be ready to service customers and maybe list your correct hours of operation. Even if they closed at 10pm they should not be cleaning and closed down at 9:30pm. Don’t plan on visiting this location ever again.
I waited 30 minutes in line to get a few things. Only 3 cars ahead of me. You guys need to do better honestly. Hire ppl and care for them so they can take care of us. The long wait times are not worth it here
I’ve been sitting in the drive through for the last 25 minutes. There were 3 cars ahead of me when I got here. Still not at the window.Update: bumping from 1 to 4 stars because those tacos were fresh af. Probably not worth a 30 minute wait but damn near
