Hello I own my own business as well as being an employee to a Business: I hold the position of a general manager for a company. I would never allow my customers to be treated the way I was treated tonight at two different locations the worst being the first one I was at. I stopped atYour young town location and waited in the drive through for 22 minutes and still did not get to order. At the 23 minute mark I decided not to even order and wanted to just leave The location and never return, as I go to pull through the drive through I was not able to exit the property as they had a customer waiting on there items for another 5 minutes.Finally after that customer received there food I was able to finally leave the property! Mind you I did not order or receive any items from this location due to the poor customer service and the wait times. At this point I wasn’t fully dis satisfied with the company I still had high hopes for the company and proceeded to another location in hopes of a better quality customer service and less wait times. When i arrived at the second location I was able to order my food in a appropriate amount of time, which was very nice but after ordering my food I still proceeded to wait 14 min before receiving my order. I am highly disappointed in jack in the box and customer service experience I received especially having to go to two locations in one night. I will never again return to this company and will advise my customers, friends and family of the service I received tonight; to not go to this company especially the locations I wasted my time at tonight.
Bro you not gonna believe this. We were at the McDonald’s on 99th and bell after we passed a whataburger, we pulled up in the drive thru and have to wait about 6 minutes to order(not their fault) we order two large shakes boom we pay for them. Then the lady says can you pull around? Apparently they needed to change the mix.They just had us pay for shakes they didn’t have. We ask for refund and then have to wait like 13 minutes for it. Alright to the Jack In The Box, we pull up and the guy on the speaker says “be right there”, we wait for 5 minutes and then we order two Large shakes. Boom we wait like 13 minutes cause someone got like 4 bags etc. pull up to the window and instantly we notice on the counter are two Small shakes. The manager Paul comes to the window and with his great face and wonderful smile very apologetic and laid back attitude, looks us dead in our eyes and is able to laugh about the fact that “I’m sorry but we don’t have any large cups we can only give you small” we completely understood and it was no trouble. It was a long boring wait and the shakes wernt Large and were poorly mixed. However Paul you should get promoted for having better service than McDonald’s. Five stars!
Morning manager is so rude! Think her name was Ana. She definitely hates her job and it shows how she treats customers. I feel bad for the other employees who were working so hard. Such a shame
I wanted a regular milkshake. They only had large. I realized pretty quickly that is the opposite of a problem. Thank you for knowing my needs better than I know them myself, I will be back.
Tonight Was the worst customer service, plus my food was cold, fries were cold and half ways, My #11 combo chicken was cold also,what the heck I paid $14.plus for a cold meal… very disappointed my food was handed to me without eye contact or a word said felt uncomfortably unappreciated… the worst customer service ever…tried calling them,because I’m on my way to work and they didn’t answer…Rude… I’ve been coming to this store for many years and never experienced this issue… needs to be addressed…
I mean the location absolutely isn’t 24 hours, they just block off the drive thru so no one can make any orders. You’d figure they’d be cleaning or something but no, they have time to let random looking dudes in and out of the back, cause that definitely wasn’t a uniformed employee.
Literally supposed to be "24 hours" but around 3am they blocked the drive thru with crates. You would think that they were cleaning or possibly on break, but I don't think their "break" consists of hanging out with and letting their friend, who clearly was not an employee considering he was not in uniform but in an obnoxious sleeveless t-shirt, in and out of the back door. And while we were pulling up to the location, the two continued to duck in and out of the backdoor, almost as if they were hiding and we didn't already see them outside ??? Wack.
Bad bad bad customer service.That cashier handed my the card without looking where the card would go and guess what?! It fell on the drive thru and I had to leave my car to look for it under in a windy day!! He didn’t even say sorry, instead he closed the window cuz he didn’t like that I said “next time look before you give the card”. I returned my order and got a refund. Teach your employees to show some respect.
45 minutes to get food in drive through evening of 3/7/22 while there were only 4 cars ahead of us... ridiculous! Started about 1830 and finally got through to the end by 1914. Those times are accurate, i had to pickup food elsewhere and figured 15 or so min for JB should be enough...Nope!!
I went through the drive thru last night around 8:30-9pm I ordered $30 worth of food. When I got the window to pay all I had a 100 dollar bill.... the manager working last night refused to take it. We drove off and left the food cause that's all I had. They shouldn't be refusing money like that.
