Overall a poor option for breakfast with the family. Typically when we visit other IHOP locations we enjoy our meal and time. Location upkeep and cleanliness was poor. Staff attitude was annoyed, stressed and appeared over worked. Food was unenjoyable. Pancakes were either over cooked for some or soggy for others. Any meat the table got was like it sat under a heat lamp for days. Go down the street to other options. Try Fast Eddie's.
Waited almost an hour for cold, soggy burgers, a sprinkle of fries, and never asked if we needed refills, and the table smelled like it was wiped down with a rag that was sitting in dirty water for days! The Women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was very obvious that I was not happy with mine and my kids’ good but nobody cared… The restaurant wasn’t even busy! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
I'm only rating this 5 stars because of the awesome waitress that my family got. Dana was fantastic, she was friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Food was awesome this time around, and overall was just a very pleasant experience! ??
Friendly staff - prompt service - food was delicious. Our server, Heather, was very courteous and made sure our experience was very pleasant. Would highly recommend this IHOP and will be returning soon.
Most of the food I get is good , but this thine the French toast didn’t have much flavor tasted like I was just eating toast with t syrup
It was great. The food is always nice and fresh and the service is terrific. The waitress I believe her name is alexie is fantastic. She's a young lady, doesn't use a pad to write down the order and it always comes just the way you ordered it. Between the food and the service from her it makes me happy to come back. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Went to get breakfast at 4:00 a.m. employees were doing side work and cleaning. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a cheerful," Good morning!" Our order was prepared "quickly" and "correctly". Awesome breakfast.
These pictures were taken on 2 separate visits. Received raw chicken both times. They offered to make me something different, AND THEN CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE NEW MEAL! Both times I was told a manager would be coming to my table, but never showed. My family will not be returning anytime soon.
Very disappointed with everything. They were not busy at all, 5 tables total that were occupied. We were sat at our table. It wasn't clean, we had to get a rag from one of the other waitresses and wipe down our own table. The server took our drink order, then took our food order when he brought us our drinks. We were waiting on our food for about 20 minutes. Never once saw our server after taking our order. Our cups were empty and one had some strange substance on it. We had to chase down the other waitress again to change our cup and ask for refills. Our server was nowhere to be found. The other waitress was helping everyone and cleaning up tables. After 35 minutes and mind you the place is still empty. The food came out. My order was the new turkey meal. Turkey slices, steamed broccoli and red skin potatoes. My turkey was so dry I couldn't even get it on my fork. They made me hashbrowns instead of red skin potatoes. I didn't finish it. We ended up paying over 75 dollars for 3 kids pancakes and 2 adult meals. We complained about the turkey and our server didn't show any sign that he cared. We won't be back. I attached a picture of my food. I'd probably enjoy the food you get from hospitals more.
Just ordered with them through Uber, they took over 45 minutes to get my order ready and yet I was still missing items from my order. I also ordered three separate orders of scrambled eggs with cheese and on one of the orders they just slapped a piece of cheese on top of the eggs. Will not order from them again! I wish there was a no star option!
