Customer service can definitely improve. Not that when you finally do get someone to come out and help you they aren't friendly cause they are.. but getting acknowledged is the hard part here. I have always loved the crust options but the last several times I've ordered from here, it has been too extremely salty to even eat the crust. I've even tried selecting the light option for how much is put on but didn't help. Other than that I think it's great
Gave it a shot, usually eat Barros but decided why not.. No the pizza I remember as a kid.. barely any flavor. Honestly would rather eat Little Ceasar's deep dish, way more tastier. For the same price though Barros is where its at. Gave 2 stars since my kids are eating it but even they prefer Barros. Sorry Howie LOL
Ordered online, our first ever experience with Hungry Howie's. App was ok, pizza was prepared in a timely fashion. I like garlic, we ordered the garlic herb crust, it was overpowering. The pizza itself was good enough a soft thicker crust, definitely not crispy at all. My problem was with the employees, you arrive to a sign on the door that says masks are mandatory. You enter and the young man isn't wearing a mask. You look into the kitchen and the only other person in there isn't wearing a mask. I called him on it and he came out with the standard " I don't have to wear one I have a medical exemption ", excuse me for being skeptical, so I called him on the other fellow and he just stumbled over his words. Hope the health department comes for a visit!
I am a Retired USAF Veteran and I know the meaning of “Great” customer service.Ms. Jo (Manager) and Mr. Ed (Assistant Manager) at Hungry Howie’s Pizza gave me just that; “Exceptional” and “Outstanding” customer service.They were “Top notch” and made my ordering process delightful.From step 1 to step 10 Ms. Jo and Mr. Ed took their time going over all the menu items, answered all of my questions, and gave me an impeccable dining experience; the service I received was “Exemplary”.Thank you very much to Ms. Jo and Mr. Ed; “Much Gratitude”.Hungry Howie’s Pizza is very good and very tasty. The quality of the food is fantastic. Excellent food and service. I ordered 22 pizzas to be delivered for a club function. They arrived on time, hot and delicious. Most attendees had never heard of Hungry Howies. You made quite a few new customers last night.
Ordered vegetarian got sausage they gave me someone elses order and walk-in order they told me. 1 hour also over priced and need customer service and have more than 1person on staff
