I went to get a mini turtle sundae and when I got home it was so melted it spilled all over and I had to put in a separate bowl. It was basically ice cream soup and I live less than 5 minutes away from Freddys so it couldn’t have taken that long to melt. I also ordered a regular order of fries which was given to me as soon as I got to the window and the employee Keira N told me she was waiting on my sundae, so I had to wait a bit more just for it to be all melted. Disappointing
Well they are 2/2 when it comes to getting my order wrong. First time I was there my burger came with just meat and buns and the wrong drink. Second visit, the order was just taken wrong, my burger was rang in as a triple…I would have corrected the girl working if she had read back the order or their digital monitor was working. Besides the typical teenage service mistakes I’ve come to expect any time I order anywhere in 2022, the food is pretty solid.
Burgers and food are alright. It hurts my tummy to eat fries and cheese curds. Tasety, but way too greasy compared to other places. Lots of curds are usually hard and overcooked. The custard is so pricy even for the tiny one, but not amazing rather ok. Rather go somewhere else. Not the best, but not McDonald's...
Wonderful staff! The Manager or cashier even let us try custard. It was sooo amazing! Totally worth it. They also sell custard in a pint and a quart! Thank you! Keep up the hard work!!!-M
First, I have to say that Freddy's food can be delicious. I I love their fries and fry sauce. We've routinely gone here about once a month since it's opened. However, I've noticed over the last 6 months that the quality has decreased significantly at this particular restaurant. I would imagine this has something to do with labor shortages, however, it is disappointing nonetheless. Orders messed up, cheese curds burnt, fries cold ?.... Just a few of the issues over my last 3 visits. I hesitate to go back because it's such a hassle to get things right.
Ordered the California double and added bacon. Honestly it was the best burger I've had in Avery very long time. They actually seasoned the meat. What a great difference
Out of fry sauce, out of ranch, soda machine is broken. And playing hip hop and spanish music in a 50s themed restaurant. Looks like the oldest employee is maybe 20? This place needs a major revamp...
Good, inexpensive burgers. The steak burgers are thin so remember to take triple patties!
Ordered Freddy’s from DoorDash earlier today. This is what I seen when I flipped my burger over, highly disappointed.
We love Freddy's! Even our 7 year old picky eater loves their food. It was the first hamburger I ever got her to eat that she really loved when younger. Lol Now we eat there at least once a week!
