Although the gent at the register was nice and welcoming, as soon as he started making a burger, he not only touched his hat, his ear, his hair, and pulled his pants up all while wearing the same gloves he touched the food with. Why wear gloves if not to be sanitary. When I told him that he should really be careful in not touching stuff while touching food, he told me he had already made my burger as if I shouldn’t care. Come on, Five Guys, you can do better.
Another institution gone down the tubes Order a regular cheeseburger and fries the burger was so bad that I could not eat it. The meat was burned and no taste.
Not great. Way too expensive for a mediocre burger. The whole vibe of this chain is like they are aiming at being a high end diner, but are just serving fast food, so they end up doing neither thing well. Most of the food was pretty bland, I'll probably never eat here again, and if i ever do want a high end type fast food burger, In N Out is a better product all around.I tried a burger, fries, and a milkshake and it came to a ridiculous 30$. The burger meat, though it is a good beef quality, had no seasoning, and the proportion of meat to the other burger contents were off, there was too much meat and the bun and other stuff just basically turn into mush and you couldn't taste any other part of the burger. The durability of the bun compared to the heft of the meat is irrational and does not hold up well. Couldn't taste the grilled mushrooms or onions at all and as someone who likes pickles on a burger, their pickles were flimsy and flavorless. As for the fries, they really weren't bad at all! It's crazy how the fries had tons of salt but the beef seemed to have no seasoning of any type at all. I also tried a milkshake and will say, it disappointed. Not sure why, it was more like chocolate milk than a milkshake. Although the fries were good, the exorbitant price and lackluster flavor make Five Guys a "never again" for me. Instead go to in n out burger.I also took off a star because, although this location was decently busy, there were only two employees present. There really needs to be more than two people doing all this work, and i can guarantee they probably don't make more than minimum, so the amount of work they have to do cooking basically everything is quite high for the amount of traffic present. Five Guys, hire more employees and pay them better!! For ten bucks per burger I'm sure you can afford it.
My son loves this place. I'm not much for burgers. Cost is real high for Burger, fries and drink. Pricey! But freshly made.
The young guys at Five guys were excellent hard workers very Accommodating I was working on an app for delivery.com and they were so cool and ordered my food very helpful a Round of applause they know who they are
To be honest it was a desperate situation and I needed the little bikers room. Didn't eat there but now I am going to have to give it go and ruin My diet.?????️

A little more on the expensive side but so dang delicious. It sits around $20 for a burger, small fries and a drink so would definitely not go every day but well worth it if you don't mind the cost.
I paid $17.39 for the bacon cheeseburger and the smallest fries. With that said, this was my first time trying it, and although the flavor of the burger was good, felt cheesy and juicy, I don’t think I would come back soon. Too expensive, Nothing beats IN N OUT personally. The Cajun fries I did not like. Too much powder spices, it my liking I would just stick with the regular fries. As you see in the pic I left about half or more of the fries. They do serve a big portion of them though although it’s the small size. I give it a 2 because of the price and how everything is sold separate. Flavor was okay.
Our first time back to Five Guys since the pandemic. Food is just as delicious. It’s the same as I remember… except for the prices! :-O Reality sunk in. $10.49 for one full-size cheeseburger, plus more for fries and an extra $2.59 for a small soda/pop, totaled over $20 with tax.Normally, my wife and I would split a small fry and each get our own “Little” burger, but they were $7.49 each. Our target price for a burger dinner date is $20, so we were still able to stay within budget by not getting two drinks.
