San Diego Midway Drive location. They screwed up my entire Uber Eats order. Literally everything in the bag was wrong. So I Called in. Dude literally told me to drive there myself and reorder my food. I Suggested he instead find out who is filling orders wrong and discuss their error with them. He said “I’m not gonna do that” and hung up on me. Seriously? WOW! this was 9:30pm Friday May 20. He said he “just got there” so he just started his shift. Definitely a white dude. Manager - fire him. Holy cow.
This location lifts up the Filibertos name by having quality ingredients, quicker food prep times, proficient staff, and clean restaurant.With almost no late night options in this area Filibertos is a gem! They do have to deal with some silly people due to being 24 hours so kindness goes a long way with them. My modified for allergy reasons order was made with care and staff was polite.I would recommend depending on the time / day going without a rush and checking out their menu online / in Google Maps to make things easier on you.The drive thru is open 24 hours with a bunch of tasty Mexican food and cheap coffee. With wide open hours, affordable prices, and decently sized menu this place hits a much needed spot for the area!

Smh ..absolutely horrible!!!..being a late night worker ..course when you get off you want something fuullfilling ..they say they 24hours ..all is well...I went to this filibertos a multiple times in a 2nonth period between 11p to 230a n I get the same o we sorry we are cleaning the grill..I get it needs to be clean but story's are similar from other co workers tht try to.go.here at night .I've stopped going here n few others have as well..if u honestly don't wanna work I rather they tell me tht instead of using cleaning grill
Chorizo burrito with cheese is 5 stars, EXCELLENT! Why only 3 stars?, because I was charged twice for the cheese? I know times are tough for the restaurant industry, but overcharging for items will have patrons seeking other places to do business with.

Way to advertise one price on your drive thru sign and charge 27% more at the window. When asked why the increase, "oh, is taxes." No honey, sales tax is 8.7%, not 27% more plus sales tax. What's more, that's not even legal to do.
Recently I ate at Filibertos on Bell & Reems Road. The drive thru line was long but don't let it fool you. Their staff kept the line moving! I realized there were just a lot of customers not a lot of waiting. Their food was hot, fresh and very tasty! The service and food exceeded my expectations. I thank you for a great experience at the best Mexican Restaurant in Surprise.
We ordered a Jamaica drink a few days back. when we got home we realized it was an horchata drink. We don’t like horchata so we tossed it and figured whenever we go back to the restaurant (which is not very often) we would simply ask for a refund or replacement for Jamaica drink, figured it’s no big deal since there like 3 bucks. Well today we stopped by to get some food from them, I mentioned the incident with the Jamaica and how we got an horchata instead. The girl chuckled and didn’t say anything otherwise..??. I then asked if we could simply get a refund or exchange for a Jamaica. The girl then said she needed to ask her manager Erica. She got back to the window and said sorry we can’t because Erica said we can’t prove your not lying about it. !!! Granted I just spent $30 bucks on food. I doubt I would want to rip them off for $3 bucks! lol me and my girlfriend actually found humor in it. But frankly it shows very poor customer service. To top it off when I got home my carne Asada burrito tasted like overly salted shredded beef. Perhaps they were out of carne Asada steak and mixed in shredded beef, but I still paid for a steak burrito. And My girlfriend’s 4 rolled tacos were stale. That is a rip off to me!! Needless to say I’m making the longer drive to Humberto’s of grand Ave. they have excellent food and service every time!
