Service was excellent. Drink was amazing and refreshing. Just a heads up this location is usually quite busy and has a line. Not to steer you away but just to forewarn that there may be a small wait.
Stopped by for cold drink to help beat the heat. Had the Picture Perfect drink (literally what it's called) and it tasted amazing. Both lanes were busy so there was a wait but totally worth it. Now that I'm back in MA... kind of wishing there was a dutch brothers out here.
Always been great until this morning! My wife went and got the normal morning drinks as usual but this time when paying with the app the young lady didn’t ask if she would like to leave a tip. Kind of odd so my wife checked the app and seen the young lady added %25 tip on her own. Normally we leave a %20 so not a huge deal it’s more about the dishonesty of the young lady. She claimed it was due to “new taxes” they have to charge!As I said always great until today, but it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch, extremely disappointing!!
Whenever I need a pick me up, DB crew always have some positive energy that rubs off on you! Always worth the 20 minute drive. Thanks for always having great staff/service regardless if it's 5am or 5pm.
Nice, friendly young lady working in the hot sun was very appreciative of her tip. She suggested the 9-1-1 to my other half. This coffee drink has 6 shots! He loved it. Just what he was looking for in a coffee. I got the Double Torture freeze.bit was perfect. The banana nut loaf is more like a spice muffin with nuts. Good but not what I was expecting flavor wise.
I love Dutch bros but this location is getting worse and worse. It took 2 to 3 times longer to get through my line than it did the other. When I brought this up I was told there was a trainee slowing down our window. That's it, no consideration whatsoever for the customer's time. I can't wait for a new location in Surprise. Maybe it will be managed better.
I got stuck in a line of 4 cars for over 20 minutes. They gave me my drink and the car behind me received theirs, but instead of parking the cars ahead so we could get out of the line, we had to sit and wait. To add insult to injury, the other line was moving quickly. Normally I have the best experience at Dutch. This was truly disappointing.
Love Dutch bros and appreciate the courteous behavior right before closing, working in the service industry I know that can be frustrating. There was some confusion over the drink order and they clarified what was available, but other stands have been able to create the drink I actually asked for, an earl gray tea latte (like a London fog, or essentially a vanilla steamed milk with earl gray tea bags), but they said they could only add a couple ounces of cream to a hot tea (all hot water). Needless to say even for a plain tea it was very weak brew (1 bag to 16oz of water) and disappointing.
I’m no longer going to this location. They consistently mess up my drink. I ask for drizzle cup, and they don’t seem to understand what that means. Instead, drench the entire cup in chocolate syrup to the point that’s the only thing I taste in the drink. I’ll continue taking my business to the Thunderbird location,
