Everyone is rude. The donuts are horrible. Asked for bigger straws because we got a large and were told i don't know where they are. Always out of things and the ovens are never working. You should just close down.

Ordered online 7 4 22. Got there, they said they were closing early and turned off the ovens even though they took my order. Went back 7 5 22, ordered online again, it took my order, accepted it and charged my account. I got there they said they were doing a deep clean on the ovens and couldn't fulfill my order. I tried to explain to them that they're going to have an issue with other people and Amber, I believe who is the manager got upset with me. I was trying to let her know of the issue, for some reason she took it as me complaining against her personally, I'm not sure, however I was not complaining at all. Until she got in my face, said she was not going to go back and forth with me an abruptly SLAMMED the window on me while I was trying to HELP THEM.

This morning i was at the drive through & im familiar with the voice of the lady who spoke to me. I asked her about a egg and bacon and cheese wrap at the window it said 1.99 but I did know that 2.49 would be with bacon? Mind you I come here 5 days a week, the woman by the name of Ilana had the nastiest attitude and said over the speaker please don’t have an attitude with me it’s not nice, I said I’ll be around to get my sandwich, the woman said NO I deleted it! I went to the window Ilana refused to serve me and give me my sandwich, she’s very rough around the edges everyday but today she was plan mean and nasty I waited as cars piled in back of me and thanks to a nice woman Katie who worked there gave me my sandwich. Ilana was rude and extremely disrespectful towards me for no reason. 3 people I’m my home come here daily, not anymore! I understand we are all short staffed but no need to be rude. I’m from NY and I love Dunkin’ they aren’t as easy to find out here on Az like other places, but I’ll go next door to Starbucks again. I don’t pay to be spoken to poorly.

Management non existent! Service has been crud for months, I chalked it upto the lack of workers and inexperience at first. Now it's blatant rude management with horrible service. I watched a grown woman treat a man like he killed a puppy all because he asked for a knife to spread his wife's cream cheese. I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then 4 more minutes for my coffee.. unacceptable. The younger employees on weekends and evenings treat customers with respect atheist. Done with this location!

I have been going to this DD for years.. Recently, they hired a male worker and things have been going downhill fast. I ususally get coffee there around 6-6:15 am. Not only do you sit there for almost 20 minutes regularly, but the orders have been screwed up also. This was the second time that I have not gotten what I have ordered in a week. After paying almost $8.00 for a coffee and donute (which is only half my order) I called them up and the guy answered. I very politely told him that this was the second time in 7 days that I did not have the correct order. I also stated that I was going to come through the drive through tomorrow and would like either my money back or my two orders that were not present. He then copped an attitude and told me that I was being quite rude. Believe me, I was no where near rude.. I told him this, and his comment back to me was "whatever you think..." I was not about to be disrespected by some punk, so I called corporate on my way to work.. They told me that this store is independently owned, and the owners would contact me.. I really hope they do.. not only did they loose a customer, but hopefully, they will fire this guy and be finding another employee soon- the women that work there are all nice.. maybe he should learn from them.!

Just got off the phone with the rudest lady ever. I started to try and ask her a question and couldn’t even get two words out. She kept talking over me and just being plain rude. When I asked to speak to her manager she claimed she was the manager. Which seems awfully convenient. Just because you’re a manager doesn’t mean you’re allowed to treat your customers like that. If she really was a manager I don’t know how she got it with such poor customer service skills.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! As you can see, the donuts are overbaked, under frosted and the egg bites were cold and tasted inedible. All the donuts were smashed in the bag and the drive thru lady demanded I tell her how many donuts I'm getting before I started ordering. They were out if milk for the drinks too. Will never be back to this location

Coffee is always yummy. But they didn't have change so they actually wanted to keep my change. I was like um that's streaming im not giving you permission to keep my change. It completely turned me off. I will not be using this location again

This location defeats the purpose of ordering ahead on the app for convenience. After 10 minutes I still didn’t see my drink at the pick up location, had to stand in line and ask for my drink that wasn’t even started yet ?Would have been faster to hop in line when I first walked in and order my drink

Lobby is closed for no reason. There's 2 workers and a child in the store. The phone is off I've tried callin g4 times. I came to pick up a doordash order and now have to wait in a drive through simply to pick up an order. Not okay.
