Stop filling the drinks half way and then using whip cream/ice to disguise that you were to lazy to just fill the drink up all the way. Almost a $7 cup of coffee yet it ain’t even filled all the way.
I have came to this location to get coffee maybe 4 times and every time I went the service was absolutely terrible and the facility is so disgusting. It’s very un-sanitary and the management is clearly terrible. Specifically Brody & Landon need fired as they are extremely rude and treat nobody with any respect.
Order a 2 mango refreshers with coconut milk, and asked if there was coconut milk in it, she lied and said yes. I have order this drink before and the color is more yellow when coconut milk is added
Avocado toast the best and very nice people work there. And sometimes there isn't this has happened twice at this location and for some reason when they're taking the orders they're so in a hurry to get you through the line that they don't listen to what you're asking for and the most aggravating part of it is that when you check your order and you just happen to jump on the freeway you realize that the order is wrong you're so upset that you tossed everything away it's your breakfast out the door take this morning for instance I came in I specified what I wanted the young lady on the drive-thru cut me off twice cuz I'm giving her my order and what happened I didn't get the tomatoes on my toast so I have wait till somebody helps me finally when they give it to the young lady making the order that's this little blonde girl here in the picture she rolls her eyes and does things with an attitude and another pet pee of mine what is it that when they give you your boxes they're full of Greece can they not figure away how to handle the food when your package it to contaminate your whole box and then stain your paperwork your vehicle your seats manager needs to do some more training cuz there's a lack of it here
Worst ever.... I come to this store out of convenience and yet every time they can't even get a bagel order right. I order it extra toasted with extra cream cheese. Simple right ? NoIt either comes un cooked or has almost zero cream cheese on it. 10 out of the last 12 visits messed up my order.
This restaurant is a disaster. There is trash all over the lobby and behind the counter where the workers are. Nothing professional at all here. Workers standing around when orders are being taken. A simple coffee and a bagel took forever. This is a frequent experience here.
Literally the main reason I came here was to get the beyond sausage breakfast. Unfortunately, they tell they don't carry it anymore? You probably should take the time to update your Google menu! It's falsely advertising food you don't sale. I am quite upset because I had to settle for a turkey English muffin and burnt up hashbrowns. You get 6 dainty hashbrowns and mine were room temperature and burnt. It was 6 in the morning and I couldn't get fresh food? My sandwich was even dry. This was my first time eating at Dunkin and I was disappointed. But like I said, I only came for the vegan options. The children working the place didn't even act like they wanted to help anyone. Oh, the music playing is so annoying and loud! No one wants to hear that first thing in the morning before coffee. Come on,it's supposed to be a coffee shop, not a teenage hangout club.
I was craving donuts and this dunkin is right by my house.. unfortunately! Bought a box of powdered munchkins and they were nearly bald! Luckily I decided to have a couple before I got home, so I discovered them. I had to turn around and this time I went back in the store. The guy said he could probably roll them around in the powder and see if that worked! So, after waiting another 10 minutes or so for my "touched up" donuts, I was on my merry way. Got back home and ate a few. Well, I already knew they did have more powder on them,, but, they also tasted like a ball of flavorless dough with powdered sugar! I gave up and threw them out...

Went to Dunkin today on Waddell and Litchfield. Horrible! The employeees looked like they were in complete disarray, the kitchen area looked dirty, and the service was poor at best. We literally got 6 pieces of the hasbrowns. Thos will be the last time we visit there. Good luck at staying in business.
