My order was alright, as I'm not too picky, but I'm annoyed that I got shorted on part of my order. I ordered the 16 piece bread bites, and as you can see, some of them were a joke. At first, I thought those bad ones must have been extras, as they were duds, but nope. Someone thought those tiny, hard piece were worth counting. My pizzas were cold as well. Overall, it was a pretty meh experience. It was underwhelming for sure, which is a bummer. I haven't ordered from here in awhile, and now I remember why.

Worst pizza ever received from Dominos. My 8 year old could have made it better. These pizzas are ridiculous. The bbq chicken one looks like it was made yesterday and the pepperoni one looks like it was left in the oven a little to long or they just forgot to add the cheese.

Amazing Taste! I love Dominos! Their tomato sauce is the tastiest when I compare it to Papa Jon or Pizza Hut. The competitors Pizzas is half as good. And I say that with European background. Delivery was on time and the food was so fresh!- We ordered the HandToss 6 Cheese: Perfection!- Pan chicken bacon ranch: Perfection!- Cinnamon Bread Twists: SO GOOD!

Made an order online, "order placed successfully." 30 minutes later I check the status and my order has been canceled without any advisement. Call the number provided to ask why my order was canceled. No answer. Tried to give them a second chance and ordered again. Dm has been "quality checking" my order for 80 min. They received payment, I received no order. This place is a joke.

HORRIBLE service. So many young teens working in there with ZERO customer service. I ordered curbside pickup so that I didn’t have to take my toddler out the the car seat and carry pizza and drinks at the same time so I pushed the “I’m Here” button online and put on my hazard lights like they say to do and NO ONE came. I waited there for over 10 minutes. So I had to unbuckle my toddler and take him inside with me to get my order. When I walked in all of the employees looked at me and didn’t say a single word. Just kept doing what they were doing. After about 2 minutes or so a girl walks up and asks if I’m picking up. I told her I had a curbside pickup and no one came out to bring my order. She didn’t say a word about it she just asked for my name and gave me my order. What’s the point of having curbside options if you’re just going to ignore them. All of the employees need to be retrained Immediately!!! And the pizza is Not Good!! I will never go back. All these bad reviews and it seems like Nothing is done. I’ll just have to call corporate.

Ordered pizza for family and friends tonight. Did it on the app like I always do. Checked the tracker an hour later only to find out my ORDER WAS CANCELED!Then it dawned on me... this is why we stopped ordering from Domino's because the same thing happened a few months ago and I never received info as to WHY! No email or text or phone call... Tried calling the store like it suggested, only for it to be busy all night, just like last time. Get it together, guys. This is ridiculous.

Food was marked as complete at 8:29pm. It didn't leave the store for over an hour. And then was never even delivered to me. I literally watched the dominos car drive past my house and the order was marked complete. And to top it off, trying to call the store just goes straight to busy tone. No way to even get it corrected. Failure on all accounts.

Too many times have I ordered from this place; requesting delivery, and my order was cancelled without notice. They made it seem as though my order was cancelled for delivery due to the time that my order was placed, and yet the delivery guy walked out of the store 30 minutes AFTER I placed my order with another order that was placed AFTER MINE WAS PLACED! There were times when my card was charged without refund, and I was often left waiting on my order without notice that my order was cancelled. I have ALSO had to fight with my bank, because my money wasn’t refunded, where investigations were put into place! I’m sick of waiting on false promises of refunds, and cancelations without notices! They always keep the phone lines closed with busy signals, as if they are too busy to answer as well! Why not contact your customers and let them know that you cancelled their orders?! Why not answer the phone when calls come through?! I mean it is in the 9pm hour, and you are hardly busy at that time! I would know, because I have at one time came up here just to see for myself just how busy you guys were, and called when your store was empty! Your phone is ALWAYS BUSY, while you guys are standing around and laughing among each other! Not cool at all! It’s very unprofessional.

Ordered $42 worth of food for delivery. Waited an hour and a half, drove down to the store and find out that somehow, an order I put in for delivery gets changed to a carry out. Severely displeased with the customer service of this particular restaurant. Couldn't even call the store since their phones were down to track down my food. ?

I don’t recommend this Domino’s. They have some shady business practices. I ordered pick up car side delivery, with the 2 minute timer guarantee. I saw it was marked as ready in the app, and I marked that I was “here.” I decided to walk into the store because the parking lot was crazy, and I was concerned they might not find me. A short, sticky female employee told me it would be up next. Then she walked over to the computer and suddenly the timer stopped at 43 seconds. It was marked as delivered when it wasn’t even in the oven yet! My pizza was given to me about 7-8 minutes later by the manager. I brought up the issue with her, and she told me there was nothing no she could do. She told me to call the 800 number. I did, and I was advised to contact the store to resolve the issue. The phone lines were down, so I couldn’t even call to ask for another manager or the franchisee. This wasn’t the first time this location has disappointed me. I don’t know why I expected better. What really upsets me is that I wouldn’t have had a problem waiting for my order to be completed before they marked ready. I hate being lied to, though. I know they did it to reduce their average order time. The employee then marked it as delivered so they wouldn’t owe me a free pizza (per their 2 minute timer guarantee). I just really can’t support such shady business practices. It makes me wonder who taught the employee them. Management? The owner? Domino’s as a corporation?
