First our call in order was wrong. It’s a 30 minute round trip to Dickeys for us. My husband went back. Another 30 minute drive. We ordered brisket and ribs. The food was so bad. We will not be back to Dickeys ever again. To make it even worse, we had to serve it to friends. Never again.
Ordered curb side and door dash three seperate times and every time had the barbecue sauce not included. It's good meat, but what's the point without sauce. Pretty disappointing three times in a row.
The food was horrific. We ordered a Baker with pulled pork. It ended up being 2 small dried out potatoes. The insides were completely brown. The pulled pork was dried out and chewy like jerky. No barbeque sauceThe 2nd meal was a 2 meat plate. Both the brisket and the jaelpeno sausage were old. Brisket tasted moldey.The only edible food from this order was the mac and cheese. Ordered curbside. When I called to say I was there to pick up she sounded like they forgot about the order and had to hurry to slap it together. Which makes sense because the tracker never moved from the your order is in the que spot to the other steps unless the system is pointless and doesnt work. Brisket sandwichs I got were cold, dry, and tasteless. No toppings. They forgot to add the deserts that came with the meals I ordered. Sides in the meal were terrible. I gave a generous tip when placing the order and wish I could take it back, since nothing that I received resembled good service and food. All places like this are pricey and I expect that, but not if what you recieve is anything like what I got. Very poor experience.
We got the picnic pack. $30 feeds 2-4. Meat was alright but the ribs had alot of fat. Rolls were hard ! they could hurt someone if you threw it at their head . The ice cream is also not that good .... tasted watery more than creamy . Head to Rudy's in Goodyear if you're looking for a good bbq place ! great sweet tea there and way better meat choices and sides!
This is the third time I've eaten at this location, all takeout. Every order has been missing something. I even had one order where they didn't even include any sides or roll, just the meat with a combo plate. Poor service, dirty restaurant, payment system may or may not work. I definitely recommend finding a different Dickey's or going somewhere else entirely for your BBQ.
Ordered a loaded baker with sausage today and was so impressed with the flavor. Customer service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend and will be visiting again. Thank you!

Well we ordered online and sat there for an hour because we work service and we get it. When I asked about our order. I was told oh we will start it now sorry there are 15 people in front of you.... But how are there 15 people in front of us when we and one other guy have been the only people waiting an hour??? Don't lie! just say hey we are not staffed properly and maybe let the people waiting know you are behind. I really hope I get my money back. We left, we didn't need to waste any more time waiting. In and Out was half the price with less than a 5 minute wait.
Potatoes were cold. No sour cream. Had to ask for butter. One of our party of had brisket sandwich and he said it was good. Condiment area needed attention as the ice cream maker was a drippy mess. Don't recommend
