My 8 year old and I came on Wednesday 6/22 at 10am. It wasn't very busy. Our menus were all wet, and it took forever to get our food. It was done up in the window for a while and the waitress wandered around. My plate had a big black hair on it. A maybe medium sized lemonade was 3.49!! The waitress never came back to ask us if things were okay until I was trying to get the check. Was hoping for a better experience as we don't go out to eat often.
Had an awesome breakfast this morning. The Lumberjack with pancakes, eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, toast with a cup of coffee. everything was cooked perfectly the restaurant was clean the staff was very attentive and friendly. The bathroom was clean. And to top things off they gave my wife a Mother's Day Rose for mother's day that was very nice. anyway I love this Denny's highly recommend.
This is my first time eating here at this Denny's. I came to this one because it was closer to where I had labs drawn. I ordered a veggie omelet, with a side order of avocado,four slices of crispy bacon, english muffin, hash browns with onions and cheddar cheese which was burnt and hard, and I didn't get four slices of bacon!!! It was not edible at all. To pay 24.58 for that meal was ridiculous! I called, talk to Emma, who was nice, but didn't do anything about it. This is the reason for 1 star, I really didn't want to give that. My go to Denny's is in Glendale. I thought Surprise would be on the same level, but I got a big not so nice Surprise alright!!!..... Not good!!!
We have been regulars at this dennys for years. Today we had the worst service we have ever experienced. The bathrooms were dirty and it was only 9 am. The restaurant never looks this way.We have always loved the servers that use to work here. Honey being our favorite and since she has left all the other good servers went with her. The hostess is sweet and amazing but our server today intentionally ignored us. And made us wait over 15 minutes for a refill not to mention almost 30 minutes after we asked for a check and box to go. Extremely dissatisfied how bad our once favorite breakfast spot is going down hill so fast
Ordered over easy eggs and received broken, let waitress know, but no offer to replace or compensate for inedible food.
Food was prepared as seen on the menu. This particular restaurant has been affected by the new work culture. They seem to have a hard time keeping servers and that shows while dining. All that aside it is a solid late night getting spot.
Was treated very good from the staff. Food was good, she also made sure my beverage was full at all times.... Good job Denny's
Sat at the counter and was waited on by Lydia, she was very friendly and was very attentive to my needs at the time. Was always there to fill my Ice Tea as well thanks to the staff and good job.....
Went at 10:30 today, 1/23/22. We were told the wait was 15 min, but no more than 20 min. They took our name and phone #. We waited 45 minutes with people coming and going. Finally checked to see how much longer. We were told third I line after group they were about to seat. No body waiting was present when we arrived. We went back outside to wait and decided to leave. It's 1:45 and still no call or text that out table is ready. Suggest that if there is a line waiting leave. You may never get seated.
Server was nice and food was hot and ok can't say good lol because it's dennys ills I could say is it could have been cleaner and service could have been a little more attentive.... we didn't get refills until we were done with our food
