I ordered at the drive thru and the girl at the speaker seemed very confused by my order and went over it multiple times. I wrongfully assumed she finally got it correct and I noticed after paying she still didn’t put no lettuce on the taco tuesday tacos I ordered. I was then given an attitude for asking for it to be corrected and told “ I read the order back to you “ the guy handing the food over to her also give a filthy look. I got home to realize I was given the larger del taco’s instead of the taco night tacos and overcharged. The phone line also doesn’t go thru. We had an issue last time and this was even worsen Used to love Del but do not recommend going here anymore.
The potential is there. But the manager does not show the willingness to improve the customer service at this location. We approached her because the item we received was not as ordered and we had more to share . Her attitude was one that we were an inconvenience. Her assistant took over. And we further explained that not only was the burger we order not correct. It was packaged and served to us on a moldy bun!! The item was replaced but they never apologized. We will not be returning.I have photos but I will save you the disgust. We will be reporting to the proper authorities.
If I could give no stars!!! Del Taco has great food but this location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They say their machines are down, out of burgers or simply only accept cash. I’ve never had service so poor. I thought maybe it’s just a bad night, nope!!
Blows Taco Bell away in pricing. I'd estimate an average 30 to 50% off overall in similar sizes / servings. You can also get tostadas, one of many things Taco Bell has stopped serving. Each of our last three visits there in the past month, I'd have to say that window service has been polite,, and quick. So if this isn't enough good said already, it tastes better also, according to my babe that eats there with me!
I won't complain about service because I know it's tough right now, but the quality of the food and what people order should at least be up to par. Our food looked like it was thrown together with no care. The bun of the burger was smashed, the lettuce in the taco salad was wilted and the fries were cold. I realize fast food isn't gourmet, but when you're in a rush and short on time, the quality of your food shouldn't be compromised. Sad to leave a bad review, but maybe this feedback will help you improve.
I know this is just Del Taco, but some of their items are really great. I'm really fond of the Shrimp Quesadilla Taco. A couple of issues with this place: 1) Sometimes it is drive through only. Once, while in that mode, they got my order wrong and, of course, I didn't know it until I was out of the drive through and unwilling to go back through again. 2) Their green sauce is exceptionally good but sometimes they make an extra charge for it which seems inappropriate.
Great location and very close by.They weren't busy when I went for Taco Tuesday in the evening.The service was fast, and we only waited about two minutes for our order after paying for it.The tacos were crunchy and tasted great.Del Taco is the best fast food place to go for Taco Tuesday.
I don’t normally bother reviewing fast food places because my expectations are normally low but this location deserves to be called out. First their dining room is closed because of “covid” yet none of the employees are wearing masks. Do they care or are they just lazy. Second my order is always wrong and I’m always missing items I asked for. Their speaker in the drive through is terrible I have to yell for them to hear me. When I try to correct it they respond as if it’s my fault. I mentioned their speaker but they said it’s because of my big diesel truck. I have a stock v8 pickup that’s no louder than any other car in the drive through. It sucks there’s no closer del taco but I guess I’ll get getting my diarrhea from Taco Bell from now on.
This location has been going downhill for some time. Tonight they couldn’t even take our order at first. Then when they handed it out we only received 7 of the 10 soft tacos we ordered. To top it off, they argued with us when we went back to the drive thru window to tell them. The manager even came to the window to say “we made 10 soft tacos”. That may be but unfortunately we only received 7. They gave us our 3 missing tacos but the level of rudeness we experienced because of their mistake is unacceptable. We will never be back. You would think Taco Bell’s struggling cousin would be trying harder to stay afloat but we won’t be throwing any of our cash their way again. You don’t even have the dining room open and you still can’t count to 10. Pathetic and your customers deserve better. You can’t go out of business soon enough.
Del Taco is one of my favorite fast food places. But this one the dining room is never open, only the drive thru. The person working the window is EXTREMELY rude. Was put out I ask for hot sauce. He was in such a hurry he got the order wrong. I couldn't go inside to get my order right, and I wasn't going to get back in the drive thru again. Just never going back.
