We love stopping here after date nights! It’s always fun to bring the kids giant cookies! They are big, flavorful, and a great texture. I also enjoy that they switch up the flavors often to keep things interesting. Yum!
Pretty disappointed. I work at a Crumbl in another state and I am visiting some family here. I wanted to take them to a Crumbl to show them how awesome it is and what an experience it is go to one! Walking in, I was not welcomed. Unfortunately, I was served by a man who wasn’t the smiling face and enthusiastic cashier I was hoping to meet. He was monotone, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed to be serving me. I asked if there was anyway I could get an employee discount (since I work at crumbl, just in another state) and was told no, I asked and I couldn’t even get a 10%. Oh well. After buying, the cookies were presented and closed onto the cookies (see photo). My overall experience was absolutely not what I was hoping for/expecting, having visited many other Crumbl stores before. You’d think I’d be treated with some sort of mutual respect, working the same job as everyone else was, but I guess not.
I love that the Surprise location has a drive thru - it's quick and will especially be appreciated during our hot summer months. Last week my favorite was the chocolate cake cookie! This week I'm really looking forward to the banana cream pie one, although we've rarely been disappointed with any of the flavors.

Loved the variety of cookies! Very unique and delicious
This is my second time going to this location, the staff was friendly and inviting, service was fast and they showed me my order after it was boxed up and ready to go. The shop smells delicious. I love that you can watch them prepare the dough and getting them ready to bake. My daughter’s favorite is the frosted sugar cookies. I like that they have different selections every week. I will be a regular at Crumbl for sure.
I’ve been a crumble customer for months now. I must say the cookies never fall short in flavor. When I heard a store was opening in Surprise, I was super excited to have my favorite cookies close to home. Customer service at this locations is fast and friendly making your cookies experience much better.

Love the drive thru. Get the 6 pack box like the Norterra location and I'll buy more. The waffle cookie was the best. And the watermelon ? one.
I would not recommend the Surprise location, but I would definitely recommend the Goodyear location. We’ve tried the Surprise location 6 times since they’ve opened, and the only time that the cookies were the same quality and service was the same excellent service that we’re always greeted with in Goodyear was the first day that they opened in Surprise. It’s disappointing that the employees at this location don’t seem to take the same pride in their cookies after the first da
