This is hard to decide on what type of Star to give. The ice cream was good but the server was rude and the ice cream was dripping all down the sides. The server knew how messy they were and wrapped them in a napkin. Why would you give a customer something that looked like that and had the potential of making a big mess?
The girls working were very pleasant. The ice cream is always delish. Since it was a Friday night, it was busy.
I came in on Tuesday around 3PM and got the cheesecake fantasy on a waffle bowl. It was made to perfection- the customer service was fantastic despite there only being one worker, she was on making waffles and serving customers like no tomorrow. Impressive to say the least, I didn't think anyone had that kind moxie anymore in food service.
Constantly out of basic ice-cream store ingredients; if you order from here, plan to have several backup choices.
Went to pick up an order. Order had not been started after driving 4-5 miles to the store. They are starting an order as I walk in. I let them know I’m here for order. In the middle of preparing orders one of the workers friends showed up. He stopped what he was doing and proceeded to talk about how corny his job was (longer curly haired male) after about 3-5 more minutes the other associate told me they were out of an ordered flavor. Customer chooses another flavor. Another few minutes go by he comes back and says they are out of other ordered flavor. By now it had been about 20 minutes total and the other worker never went back to work before I decided to cancel the order and leave. Delivery orders are absolute last priority on top of people not caring about customer wait time. And as per most of the reviews I’mSeeing they are always out of front items. Can’t be that hard to order the right amount of inventory
This location is always out of waffle cones and out of the most popular ice cream flavors. Skip this location and find another Cold Stone.
I used to own a Cold Stone this one was horrle.. it is dirty and poorly staffed they should be closed and sold to someone that has pride in ownership
Staff was great, flavor was on point. It has been a few years since me & my brother had been to a coldstone. We decided to go of a whim and although the product was good and the service was decent. It all could have been better and faster. If it was a hiring issue, i could understand. But having no "hiring" posters, to me, seems someone is not scheduling properly, especially for the holidays, when every!! business is busy. Had 4 staff members running around trying to take care of the line out of the door for walk in customers as well as the line, in the store of online orders (who got more rude everyminute that it was not ready) I did not mind the wait, and even when being waited on, the staff was nice and fulfilled our order with no issue. The issue from my visit would be directed at either management or corporate, and not the staff members. I feel if the store was staffed right, that the staff would have provided a 5 star review, but by being overworked/overwhelmed it took a toll on the overall experience.
They were out of all the toppings my DoorDash customer wanted worse experience for me
Yeah the ice cream is great and all very smooth and creamy and icy and stuff but have you seen that manager tho? She’s easily a 76/10 and easily makes this my #1 stop for all things creamed ice.
