Not bad. Smoke house chicken was dry but flavorful. Service was on par and quick
The night crew at this location are amazing! Never have to wait long for your order...and the night crew for the last 4-6 months or so keeps the inside clean, and recognizes some of their frequent customers like myself. 5 star joint!
We love Churches Chicken but check your order before you pull away!! They just forgot to put the biscuits in our family dinner order. We aren’t bothering to drive all the way back….gas costs too much! I wish they would do a quick check before they hand you the order…..my husband forgot to check tonight.
Hate always loved this place; however, the last couple times I've gone through the drive-through the young kid taking my order has made it a very unpleasant experience. For instance, he was very short with me while I was ordering. I'd given him the benefit of doubt initially but then when pulling up to the window it was clear. Upon opening the window he took my card for payment but didn't make eye contact with me at all. Then a few minutes later he came back with my food but handed it to me with two fingers, still no eye contact at all. By the time I'd turned back around after setting the bag on my passenger seat, he had already closed the window and walked away... Giving no chance to ask for any sauces or anything. It's been this way the past couple times so I think the kids and I are going to go elsewhere from here on out.The food was still good though so at least there's that. Lol.
My husband was so excited for this, but boy what an awful letdown! The chicken was extremely greasy. He ordered the spicy and detected no spiciness. The cole slaw was so bland it tasted like a little skim milk was poured over it. No flavor whatsoever, just watery wetness. The biscuit seemed stale and mind you we were there very early. We won't be going back.
The staff here seriously lacks any sort of customer service or friendliness. They’re rude, disrespectful children who need a crash course in “service with a smile”. No issues with the food, but based on their service alone, I’ll just stick to Popeyes from now on, at least they’re friendly there.
The entire meal was stale!!! The shrimp and fries were cold and hard. The biscuit was so hard it hurt my teeth. Even the Nilla wafer cookies in the banana pudding were old and stale. A complete disappointment and waste of money!!!
after waiting in a long drive-thru line at Popeyes and then trying to park only to not be able to but luckily be told that they're only serving drive-thru ..I feel We really dodged a bullet here it was really good amazingly so.
Shrimp was over cooked again, very hard to eat. Was here about 6 to 8 months before and same same on the Shrimp over cooked. Chicken fingers was OK. This store is not going to be on my top 100 list. Needs improvement. The employees should sample the food until they get it right...
they have the worst employees, can never get an order right. you asked for six piece of chicken and they say we only have a five piece sorry, okay can you charge me for an extra piece oh I don't know if I can do that. I've asked can I have eight piece chicken legs only oh I don't know if I can do that let me ask, no that's not on our menu we can't sell you that, I say charge me whatever you're going to charge me just give me eight legs, oh no we can't do that. They use to be great, not any more, I will never go back. I've told a lot of people not to go there.
