Orders been messed up lately and trying to get a replacement bowl isn’t a phone call away as they refer you to the chipotle online support. Make sure you check your orders if picking up via drive through, also portions are a lot smaller than they used to be.
Highly disappointing .. i ordered 3 burrito bowls & a kids meal which was super small. I ordered a burrito bowl with barbacoa & they really skimped on the meat. The bowl only had a small tablespoon of barbacoa meat & the rest was rice, beans, lettuce, guac & salsa. Was not worth it at all!! Never again eating here.
Do you see something wrong with the picture and details on the tag? Yeah I got guacamole and Pico when I asked for Corn Salsa and Sour Cream. This place screws up orders all of the time.
Chipotle is good. This location is clean and has good parking as well as a drive through. There is not a lot of seating for more than 4 people parties inside though.
Hit or miss. They mess up orders a lot. For example one thing I ordered was missing the guac I paid extra for, the tortilla on the side, the medium salsa, and the Pico. I dont know how you mess up so many things. I went thru chipotlane and already was home so just let it go. If the other Surprise chipotle didn't have an insect problem I'd go there instead. I guess in future I rather go in and watch them make my food to make sure it's right.Edit: it's gone downhill, the portions are way too small. I ordered extra rice and extra veggies and half my bowl is empty.
Soft drink dispenser had no diet soda. While dining in, several customers requested the diet coke be refilled. Unfortunately, it was not done, leaving many customers plenty unhappy.
After the gym I always look for a protein bowl at chipotle. This was my first time using the chipotlane, and surprisingly it was so easy. I made a mistake and was trying to add something to my order however I was informed I wouldn’t be able to do so I am at the line. I understood I thanked him for the information and to my surprise I found a little side of queso in my bag. Customer service is the reason I keep coming to chipotle. Whenever I’m in town this will but the chipotle I chose! In addition to customer service this chipotle had the best steak. Thank you for making the experience easier and having a great attitude.
They do recognize our servicemembers with a military discount. The restaurant was clean inside, the workers wore masks and fresh gloves with each transaction. The food was fresh, tasty, reasonably priced and made-to-order. The workers were professional, generous and accurate, but lacked personality.My visit was during early lunchtime on a Sunday. The store was not busy and service was quick without any delays. They seemed to be adequately staffed for the workflow. I took my order to go, but the tables seemed clean as well.
They're quick for their size. Theyre smaller than the typical location and offer a drive thru order ahead option. They have trouble to this day rolling burritos but will fix it if it fails. Staff is super friendly from my several experiences
love this chipotle! My order wasn’t ready on time but you have to cut service workers slack because they can only work so fast and satisfy everyone! I looped around and waited in all no more than 10 minutes for my order and they definitely made up for it! 10/10
