Absolutely worst customer service! We picked up the an order from the other Chipotle in Surprise and they forgot the chips. No big deal, figured we would just call down to the other restaurant right down the road from the office and pick some up. Nope. Manager said that because we didn't buy the items from this store, they can't do that. Absolutely insane. Over two bags of chips...
Worst experience and overall horrible staff on duty. First off I dont know how or why you wouldn't have meat cooking when you know its dinner time and have to twll people its going to be 20 minutes to make it. Second you have 1 of the emplo3 arguing with a customer about the portion of meat which in my opinion was ridiculously under portioned which i agreed with the other customer who was complaining about it because they did the same thing to me and still expected me to pay full price for a half portion of meat that they failed to have ready for a dinner time order. I think new management is required at this location along with some customer service refresher courses for the employees because within a matter of 5 minutes they have 2 very unhappy customers because of their inadequate customer service skills.
I had stopped going since their shut down, honestly was afraid to go back. My niece wanted to go so I did, the food was delicious & service was good. The person who helped me gave me the wrong meat but the next person fixed it right away.
My wife and I use this restaurant regularly but today was a very disappointing visit. It's like the portions were cut in half. We have visited many Chipotle Restaurants and never left hungry. Today was a different story. If this had been my first visit it would have been my last. From reading the other reviews I see that Chipotle hasn't responded to any of them. Apparently they could care less.
Solid typical suburban area Chipotle, always good threw put when ever the dinner rush comes up. Before 11am, eh. After 2-3pm is good for just ordering in store. After the area gets more traffic since it's so proximal to grand. After 4pm, just order the their website or in app ordering is actually a good app experience. On both IOS and most Androids that are compatible in processor and ram statistics.
I changed my review to 2 stars. Chipotle is pretty standard no matter which one you go to and fresh, unfortunately they seem to keep forgetting to add salt, very bland food, except their pre-made queso is still yummy! Took out business to the Chipotle on Waddell.
I'm so tired of this location. I spend $40-$50 every visit and I never like my experience.The last time my family went we ordered 3 bowls and 2 kids meals. The smallest loves the cheese well out of the 4 locations I usually go to this one will make you pay extra. We pay anyway and now it's time to cash out. The kids want chips with their meal cashier says they are out....We are looking at about 20 bags of chips on the shelf behind her.She says those are the regular order size. So my wife politely asks can we have one of those? Cashier abruptly says no. Wife asks why not? Cashier stares blankly for a few seconds and says nothing. My wife asks again can they share one bag, but before she could finish the sentence the Cashier cuts her off and says do you want the fruit!At this point I'm getting bothered and I ask for a vinaigrette. Cashier says we don't have any. Meanwhile the people behind me just ordered a salad. Im like screw this let's go.I see some of the reviews that talk about the black girl with an attitude. Please use her name next time because there are a couple of black ladies that work there and one is very nice while the other is a bit rude.
I haven't been to a Chipotle in almost a year because the quality was going downhill. I've always enjoyed Chipotle so I had to give it another try. But unfortunately I'll never go back. The chips had no flavor, they must be sourcing a new meat for the barbacoa because it was flavorless and tough. It just wasn't the Chipotle I used to love.
I ordered two kids build your own meals. I get to the end. The worker says we don't have any kids chips left. I ask them can we take 1 bag regular order of chips for my children to share with the order. The worker said no we can't do that..... so I have to pay full price for an order thats incomplete because you all ran out of a type of bag. Lousy service.
asked for a Coca Cola from the case they keep them in and they opened it without bothering to ask. idk about you but I don’t want a stranger taking the top of my glass bottled soda and touching the rim with their hands that have been working the cash register. my order was to go I didn’t want my coke open thanks. were also super stingy with portions. usually at a chipotle when they can’t give out the usual amount of food they lower the price. won’t be back they did not seem to have it together at all. Oh and I had to grab a bag for my to go bowl myself not that it’s necessarily a huge deal but usually at chipotle they put ur food in a bag and hand it to you.
