I absolutely love this place, they truly care about their customers and strive to deliver the best possible service.I ordered a large breakfast catering order around 30 minutes before the cut off, and mistakenly put an incorrect date. When management learned of this, they still honored my order, that day. I felt truly cared for, they are the gold standard for fast food.Thank you chick-fil-a and thank you, Sandy!
It's Chick-fil-A, what more to say? Food is consistently good regardless of the time of day.Employees are always nice, regardless of the location.The mobile app shaves time off by mot having to wait in line.Great place to eat as always!!
If you can avoid this location on Saturdays for lunch, you're better off doing so. But I will say I'm glad I ordered on the app. It was well worth the wait. My food was hot and fresh. Their lemonade is so deliciously refreshing.

It was my first time to Chick-fil-A. It was extremely busy. The food was good. My maybe 1 complaint would be that they had a bunch of staff even some on break that didn't bother to clean off tables. Still not entirely sure what they hype is about, but my food was good.
Great lunch today! Who says adults can't have some chicken nuggies on occasion? ??I love coming here because the customer service is always the best. I actually sat next to some employees who were having a meeting, and loved hearing the positivity. It's nice to hear supervisors praise their employees for a job well done.
This was my first time ordering here. For the price you would think they would feed you. Ordered 3 piece chicken strip meal and 5 piece chicken nuggets. The strips were as big as my thumb, and that’s not big. The nuggets were the size of nickel’s. A half filled cup of Mac and cheese. I know that times are hard but for $30. Delivered this is ridiculous.
Do not order online or go if you’re in a rush or just expect decent service. I placed an order online because it was late and I was driving from far away so I wanted to just stop and grab my 5 year old some food but make it quick. Instead when I show up after parking and coming inside I am told I have to go through the drive through to get my order. Then when I got to the drive through the employees were running around the parking lot screaming and throwing trash. They were so busy doing this that they never came up to my car and completely skipped me and went onto the cars behind me. I had to yell out of my window multiple times to get someone’s attention to finally come and process my order. I was already almost up to the pick up window when they finally “pushes my order through” then of course I had to wait for them to finish my food after getting to the window because the workers took so long to come to my car.
My husband I were hangry. Stopped in for little snack. Hubs loves this place. Me, not so much. I'm that weirdo that is not obsessed with Chickfila. Although the staff is always pleasant. We split the chicken sandwich and a frosted lemonade. It was the perfect portion between lunch and dinner. ?
I always order the spicy chicken fillet without any bread. It is fantastic. But this particular location in Surprise it was extra spicy and extra yummy I've never had anything bad at any Chick-fil-A's they are always friendly and top-quality
