There is no bad meal at Carrabas, they also have the best Marsala sauce around.

This place is totally ridiculous. I ordered the filet medium and it came back RARE. They threw my steak back on the grill! Cut it to check temp and reserved it!!! For $35!!! They were out of everything we ordered to begin with so that's why I ordered the filet. The service was excellent and the manager actually comped our dinner but we didn't go to Carraba's for free food. We went there for good food. They served my wife free Carmel Pecan ice cream for her birthday. Overall, after the comped meal, front of house was good but the kitchen and management needs some serious attention.

Took the family here last night. The server was great, the food and restaurant on the other hand was not. The restaurant is in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. We actually saw a roach on the floor as we were leaving. The food was hands down the worst I've ever had at a Carrabba's. The pasta was just a huge taste-less lump, my lasagna has the consistency of sponge cake. We definitely won't be back to this particular location again.

Came here this past Friday, with a party of 12, for my graduation celebration. My mother had made reservations a over a week in advance and even called the day of the reiterate the reservation. It was for 6:30, but we were not seated until after 7:00. We were served drinks fairly quickly, but didn't receive any bread until after an hour of waiting. The rest of my party did not get their food for almost two hours, and I had to give my order again and still did not receive my food until 9:30. Even then, the food was cold and dry. The manager claimed that it was the size of our group, but there was another group of about the same size. They, and everyone else in the restaurant, were served in a timely manner. He did give us complimentary desserts and did not require us to pay for anything, but the overall experience was very bad. The only saving grace was my company.

Don't go Sundays after 6. We hadn't been here for 3 years. We did call ahead seating for 6:45. Did not get seated until 720. Did not get our food until 8:15. They SEEMED to have enough servers. Food was marginal at best. I would not go again.

We stopped on Tuesday night at about 6 PM. We had to wait only about 10 minutes before being seated. Food was typical for a franchise restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating to our table.

We ordered online 2 Veal Marsala dinners for curbside pickup. Five minutes from the restaurant, we were called and told that they were out of veal and had to cancel our order. I reminded the caller that we had already paid for the dinners and needed to be creditted for the charges. We continued on to the restaurant where we ordered something else to go from the takeout station. We paid again for the replacement dinners and the charges went right through! The woman who had called us was there. I asked for a receipt for the credit to our charge card for the cancelled dinners. She said only the manager could do it and he had stepped out. She said it was on his desk to be done. It has been 11 days and we have still not received the credit.

Reserve for tonight after hearing great things about this chain. Was seated. We waited for 20 minute and no waitress nor waiter greeted us. No drink, nothing. Then I started thinking about the fact that I'm the only Latino there. I looked around and seen that the white couples that where seated after us already had their breed and drinks. We waited another 5 minutes and nothing. We just got up and left. Ended up at Oreganos down the street. Delicious and fast.

My wife and I decided to give Carrabba's a try after having a bad experience around 8 years ago. We went there on a Friday night and, surprisingly, we did not have to wait very long for a table. Their breadbasket came out hot and was very good with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. My wife ordered the short rib marsala and I had the chicken marsala. Both dishes come with a few side options. We decided to go with mashed potatoes. Coincidentally we were sat at a table near the kitchen and while we were waiting for our dinner my wife overheard a discussion from the staff in front of the kitchen stating that they were out of mashed potatoes. She looked at me and said I guess we're not getting mashed potatoes tonight. Very shortly after the manager came up to our table and explained that they have somehow ran out of mashed potatoes and asked if we would like another side. He was very apologetic and understood how a restaurant should not run out of something like that. We picked some other sides and ate our meal. He brought us free ice cream for our 6-year-old and took 50% off of our bill. Overall it was a pretty good experience and we are likely to return.

Always a great experience here. We really enjoy the food, and the service has always been good for us as well. Definitely recommend their sangria's, and the Ricardo sauce for the Calamari was REALLY GOOD!!
