Slow service at the window, they left me waiting for more than 5 minutes to order, they just told me give me a moment, give me a moment.
Western burger was super small and so were the onion rings. Hardly any taste in the meat or burger overall. Fries were okay tho. Never again America. Never again !
I went to pick up a Door Dash order for a customer on 7-5 2022, it was around 8:45pm and the dining room had been closed early. The dining room is supposed to be open at least till 10pm, 11pm on some days. So I went through the drive through to pick up my customer’s order which consisted of two hand breaded chicken sandwiches. The girl at the drive through said even though they had received notice of the door dash order they didn’t plan to make any more chicken sandwiches the rest of the night. She asked if I wanted them still make the sandwiches. I told her yes because that’s what my customer ordered and they said they had the ability to make the order, they just didn’t want to. Finally around 10 minutes later is was handed the order without a word said, no apology for the long wait, have a good night or anything. Extremely unprofessional behavior and lazy employees. I told the door dash customer to complain to Carl’s Jr. and let management know this is completely unacceptable. I will never accept a Door Dash order from this location again.
Diana was helpful with my order to get it the best way I like it thank you so much day shift . ???????☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️???????????????☝️????Elizabeth and Jessica with such good attitude helping get the best burger here
Never coming here again. I wouldn’t either if I were you! I went in today , paid with a $100 bill and they shorted me $20 bucks. So I called back , wow the customer service there is terrible. At first there was no manager available but then all of sudden this shift leader magically was given the phone her name was Jessica. I never received 1 apology, and obviously as a consumer we never think that this is gonna happen to us. Obviously the customer service should always be there and some type of discount or my food that I ordered be remade or something for me now having to come back for THEIR MISTAKE. Well this Jackie girl said I’ll give your money back I have it here , and when I asked for some type of inconvenience reimbursement she rudely said I’m not giving you anything and hung up. I wonder what the franchise owner would think about this.
Weak. Burgers aren't fresh. Ive never grilled a burger as fast as our food came out. Seem to be soaked in au jus for a quick reheat. Fries were okay . Kids said shakes are like drinking milk.
Clean everything including bathroom! Food is always good here. Prices are becoming unaffordable for a lot of people. Example- a sausage biscuit is almost $5.00. FIVE BUCKS. (Lost a star on that one example). That said, they do usually have some sort of "bargain" that is more affordable. Was enroute to Vegas on grand Ave, easy on and off the road without a lot of hassles. Still enjoy the menu, just not the goughy feel.
Honestly, giving an establishment a less than stellar review is not something I enjoy.More often than not, if I have a bad experience, I'll chalk it up to someone's bad day or an understandable mix-up and will much more often than not give no review at all, working under the assumption that maybe, the next time I go there, my first impression will be proven wrong. However, at this point, as much as I LOVE the "BIG CARL"?, I feel obligated to let other diners know that, it's honestly just more trouble than it's worth.I'm a very happy, cheerful person--especially when dealing with people who are at their jobs, helping make my life easier; be it helping me check my bank account, bag my groceries or yes, cook food for me to enjoy.I know that work can be hard and that people have other things going on in their lives I don't know about. But, at this particular location, especially in the later evening, I've dealt with countless errors, the employees just choosing to close a half hour early for no reason, etc. Most of all, though, what I came away so frustrated about time and time again was the lack of employees caring at all about the customers time, their money, their choice to come to this restaurant, their energy--having checked the closing time and gotten there well before. Please forgive the length of this review. I prefer lengthier reviews to be positive. However, it is what it is at this point.I haven't been there in at least six months at this point, after having had a final straw, if you will. So, barring some type of huge new management overhaul, I have to say, this store is the closest thing to a 'lemon' in the fast food category that I've ever seenThink twice with your hard-earned money.Honestly, I'm to the point where, if I absolutely have to have Carl's Jr, I go to the next closest one--about 7 miles farther away. Worth it.Have a great day guys!?
6 am and was told they had to wait for the ovens to heat up and it would be 10 minutes before i could get breakfast biscuits, so i ordered a loaded burrito which also ended up taking 10 minutes to cook. Every restaurant i ever worked in the first thing you did was turn on the ovens.
We only eat here once in a while but have never been disappointed at this location. Our food is always fresh and hot and we have always received really great service.
