My wife and I Stopped in Sunday afternoon 7/17 for a cold drink and some wings. What a great experience! Wings were excellent and drinks were cold. But the service was 1st Class. Jasmin was our waitress and did a top notch job! Never had to ask for a refill and she went out of her way toMake our experience extremely pleasant! Thanks Jasmin! We will definitely be back!
This is our go to place as a family, you can always count on the food being consistent, and warm when it's brought to your table. The service is always good even when it's busy! It's one of the last good restaurants out there. The prices are on point too!
The service at first was average. Once we got out food it was cold and all came out at different times. 20 minutes apart from first entree to the last at outer table of 6. The first out was chicken strips and then 30 wings 10 minutes later and then 3 more chicken tenders 10 minutes after that? This is the worst buffalo wild wings experience I have had. We ordered 1 more beer for me and my girlfriend and they brought her an IPA (the same beer I was drinking). When she asked for the Dos Equis she was drinking they said she would have to pay for the Dos. She refused and the server Taylor said she would pay for it? What kind of management system is set up here that the servers need to pay for a beer pour mistake. We will not be back to this location. We sat outside and our platters were never removed from our tables. The service team here is way below average. Starts with management policies
I arrived at 8pm on a Saturday. The location was not filled up, but were told a 15 minute wait for the dining room or immediate seating at the bar. I wasn’t keen on taking my young son to the bar but he was starving and requesting BWW specifically. So we sat and placed our order by 8:15. Two orders of wings (6pc and 15pc) and two fries. My order came out at 8:55, so 40 min after ordering. That wait time is completely unacceptable, especially when there were literally only THREE other tables in the bar that were occupied (see attached picture). Also, when I say my order came out at that time, I literally mean my order. My son’s 6 pc and fries, the person that wanted to be there, his order was not out. I told the food runner and she said she’d check but never came back. My server came and said that the rest of the order would be out soon. Finally at 9:10, a full 55 minutes after ordering and 70 minutes of sitting at a table in a nearly empty restaurant, the remaining wings came. But not the fries. I still had to ask for that. And then for silverware as well. So now my food was cold, because I wasn’t going to eat my food in front of my 5 year old while he waited patiently, and I couldn’t share with him because I’d ordered spicy sauces. Overall, an extremely negative experience and it made sense why the place was empty on a Saturday night.
Was there tonight to watch a baseball game. Ordered queso dip and nachos. Always have a good time and to top it off Taylor was the server. She is what great service is all about. If you are there and want A plus service ask for Taylor She will leave you with a smile. Will be back
BWW used to have good wings, some unique takes on fast food, and buzztime trivia. Now, all are gone. The menu now is poor quality junk with little variety. Wings are small and over cooked, and BOGO tuesdays is now buy one get one at 50% off. They have quietly shrunk the portion size (# wings and chicken tenders) and have discontinued mini corn dogs and buffalo chips - two crowd pleasers. It used to be a good place to play trivia, but they have replaced buzztime with their own very poor version. The upside of this location is the service - Dave the bartender is excellent if you are seated in the bar area.
Some amazing nachos here for a great price. My kids got chicken tenders on the kids meal, and that was huge.Our waitress was extremely nice and apologized for the slow service as they were down some cools, but really didn't take that long.
I ordered food on door dash hoping for a good meal. It took 88 min plus from time of ordering for the food to actually be ready for pick up. When the food arrived it was wrong. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, but received a wrap. I called the store to advise of the mix up. Spoke to the trainer who was apologetic and very professional. Gave me options and I decided to come get the sandwich along with a coupon. I was happy. Then I got to the store. The hostess was not willing to help me. I was directed to the Togo counter. I stood there for 20 min before being helped. Finally I was assisted, told him what happened. He went and grabbed the sandwich that now was sitting for 30 min, didn't say anything to me, and handed the bag. Was not provided what was offered, and no apology from him. Very frustrated with how this was handled at the store.
Messed up our to go order, no salsa with the chips. Who enjoys those dry?! No carrots and celery even though it comes with meal. Wings were okay, but honestly I need to stop giving this place my money. Other than the game day beer and environment it has very little to offer when it comes to quality.
Nicole is The Best! I haven't been to BWW in a few years. Nicole was our server and not only is she beautiful, she's witty as well! TOP NOTCH SERVICE! The food came out on time, fresh, and delicious!!! Nicole kept our cold, frosty drinks coming without having to ask. I was supposed to bring food home for wifey, but I wasn't sure what to get.. Nicole asked me a few questions about her and she put together a top notch take out dinner that she absolutely loved. Thanks for the great food and service.. I work right down the road and I'll try to come back more often. This place is a gem.
