First of all, I got there at 9:55 and the open sign was lit up, but as soon as I parked and got out of my car they turned it off and said they were closed. Second of all, I got a coupon from Bosa donuts saying they're open 24 hours but it looks like they're only open until 10.
Idk who was working as of 10 AM 5/27/2022 But the employee put a cute little message on my box (I got delivery) and my the quality was practically perfect but it made me very happy to see a pleasant little message this morning. ?
worst donut shop Ive been too in a while now. I asked to speak to the manager and she was rude and unprofessional. The staff looks over worked and the vibes are off. Everyone acts so serious and rude, I’ll be spreading the word. Do better...
Yesterday after 6 pm I took my family to get Boba drinks. We were served by a male employee who seemed extremely bothered by our presence. He was very short with us regardless of how polite we were being, or even what I tipped. He showed aggressive body language while writing our orders down. We love BoSa but this experience has left us not wanting to come back, especially since he seemed to think that we could not hear him making rude remarks about my partner to his very kind coworker, while he made the drinks and failed to make them properly.
Very, very crowded however also very quick service! They made fresh donuts when they noticed they were running low. The staff were super friendly and quick!
Was recently served by an employee named Horatio I believe. He was incredibly short with us and looked so angry and put out while taking our drink orders. We felt really unwelcomed and unsafe in his presence. After taking our order he threw the pen he was using and began saying rude things about me to his one coworker with him. We recieved our drinks without the boba we asked for and felt too afraid to ask him to correct it. We left and will not be coming back

Paid extra to get boba and didn’t receive it. Kinda annoyed. But at least the doughnuts are good
The donuts were fresh and larger than Krispy Kreme and just as good. Our friend recommended this donut shop as her favorite as well.
Just walked in on Valentine’s Day to get a couple donuts. Even though there were no other customers, the employee behind the counter refused to acknowledge me. She appeared to be training a new employee and instead of welcoming me in. She waited about 3-4 minutes and then hollered to the back for the employee to come out. The choices were not great in spite of a full case of donuts. I also know donuts are much better in the morning. But these were so sub par I’m not even tempted to try their morning donuts. I won’t be back.
