What a rip off. $15 for two cones with two scoops. I have not been to Baskin Robbins in 3 years and now I remember why. The ice cream is good but not as good as others just 1.5 miles away. For that price it is not even as good as the yogurt places near by or the local grocery store. Like I said the ice cream is good, but the waffle cone tasted like it was a week or so old. I will not waste my money there again. I do have to give credit to the young man who helped us, he was very courteous, but sorry the ridiculous prices will keep us away.
Seriously this should be 0 stars!! Never to return, ordered a boba drink with almost no boba! The smallest scoop of ice cream you can imagine! Glad a boba place to open next door!! Guy with crazy hair not wearing a net! Unsanitary! Woman with sleeping baby on her back near ice cream made me feel uncomfortable as she sat doing something like they live there??? Not an ice cream parlor feel, but some strangers weird kitchen!! Poot quality drink and Unsanitary workers!!!
I am disappointed at the fact that my mom is sick and really had the taste for some baskin Robbins ice cream and I called to see if they were still open and no answer then I looked it up and it said it was still open and staying open til 10 pm so I made it there at 9:25 and there were 4 employees just sitting n there with the lights down and said they were closed then a young lady ran and locked the door so no one would come in. You all should fix the website if you don't close at 10 and close earlier and don't have 4 employees just sitting in there on the clock if you're closed. I was disappointed because my mom doesn't eat a lot and if that would have made her feel better I would had loved to make that happen.
Great place tonstop in and grab a cold dessert, cone or cake. Place is clean, service is quick.
I was the only one in there at the time so quiet. Clean, efficient service.
Around 4 pm I went in with my son and a friend , we got very good ice cream and place was clean . The young guy that served us was very friendly and pleasant. I wanted to tip him from my card but he said was not possible to add to the transaction , I felt so bad because I had no cash with me and I apologized for that ( he said was totally fine and not to worry ?) … but anyways , I just want to tell the owners , that you got lucky ? having that young man working for you ?.
Super friendly staff. Every time I go in, I'm pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff is, and how yummy the ice cream is.
