I ordered a a chicken artichoke Calzone from Babbos and was very disappointed. Encased in an inflated crust and swimming in cheese, it was difficult to find the tiny bits of chicken inside. Won't be returning here any time soon!
The only positive experience was the bread and the waitress was very sweet. Went today for a late lunch so there were very few families there, fully staffed from what I seen so “lack of employees” definitely not a factor here. Met at the front desk by the young woman with the jacket on (hostess/assistant on duty, I’m not sure), seriously THE most non friendly one there. You’re the first face people see when they walk into your place of business, a friendly smile and a genuine “hello, how are you guys today”, you should give it a try. Sat there for 5 plus minutes before anyone took our drink order. I’m pretty sure our waitress saw that we were waiting forever and took our table that wasn’t even in her section because she saw us waiting forever (all her other tables were on the other side of the building). My food wasn’t great, I had some pasta and chicken dish and the moment it arrived I could tell by just looking at it the chicken was super dry. Didn’t even bother trying it, just ate around it. The whole experience was just “eh”, wish I would of saved my 40 bucks and went somewhere else.Plus side, our waitress (petite little girl with long black hair) was very sweet…and the bread. Next time someone suggests going here I’m going to pass.
Delicious! Ordered Amy's lasagna and it was amazing. Even got to meet Amy. Service was wonderful. Such a nice place to have a lovely meal. Will go back again.
Really good food and great service. Traveling for work solo. This restaurant was packed. There was a 50min table wait when I walked in. Luckly the nice ladies at the hostess stand let me know there was an open seat at the bar, so zero wait for full service. Joey was a great server/bar tender. Everyone was working really hard and I could see in from my bar seat. Bread was quickly served. App also quick. Drinks filled (and kept filled). My food took a while but Joey kept me up to date on where my order was so no troubles. Getting the check was also smooth and easy. Glad I got to try this place.
We had a very nice weekday lunch with no waiting. We arrived as they opened. The food was delicious. I had the Tuscan Turkey sandwich. Very good. It was a nice surprise to get zucchini chips instead of the normal sandwich sides you can get everywhere else. It was also a nice space for conversation at our table
The lasagna was good, not the best I’ve had, for the price, it should have come with a small salad, instead of having to pay almost 7.00 for a small side salad, service was excellent with Grace, she takes the time to explain everything, It was our first visit, wife had the shrimp with linguini, it was very good, it was a busy night, Monday special & valentines, they got us seated within 30 minutes, will come back & try the spaghetti & meatballs next time.
Always a guaranteed quality experience. The menu is great and not just Italian. This time it was a girlfriend lunch and we each ordered something different. Food and service were definitely 5 Star.
The food was decent! I would say above average for an Italian chain restaurant, but the food quality did feel like a chain restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was not great at all. We had to ask FOUR times (to 3 different people) over a span of 10 mins for silverware with our appetizer sitting in front of us… we also never got plates for our appetizers. The chicken parmesan came out with overcooked chicken that was super dry and inedible; my grandpa politely let our server know in such a nice way, not complaining just saying “could you let them know that the chicken in this was over cooked and almost inedible” and our waitress, no apology, “yeah I’ll let them know”… not looking for a refund or a new meal (even though that’s restaurant common courtesy to offer), it is just super awkward when staff is completely unapologetic and impolite. She was the same way with the lack of silverware and a few other small issues. It really does make a difference to the whole dining experience and unfortunately this time is was definitely in a negative way. Even though the bread, appetizers, and majority of our meals were pretty good, I would probably not be back
As usual our food was amazing...our server, not so much. First her hair was a wreck and all over the place, but that I can deal with. She was terribly rude. We were asked if we wanted a box two bites into our meal. Our wine sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes as she walked past it numerous times. We finally had to go get our wine from the bartender. She never cleaned a single dirty plate from our table but had time to stand at the bar chatting with the manager. It seemed she was in a hurry to get us out of there even though there were still plenty of open tables available for others. Continuously asking if we were ready for our check, even while we were actively eating. She was arrogant and snotty. I would give this a one star if I didn't normally enjoy the restaurant and I don't feel like one entitled millennial should ruin a restaurants reputation. I would give her name if she had bothered to tell us what it was.
Really one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever have been to I highly recommend going there very clean place and no waiting.
